rear backDue to some time constraints this week, i’m having to combine days

Felt tired and a bit sluggish today – working on a new supplement stack so hopefully we’ll see some good intensity changes next week

    good numbers, esp with the front squats, i want to get into those, but the balance of the bar really throws me off and i can’t go too heavy with them.
