chest day
Best chest workout I’ve had in a while. Don’t have time to put all the numbers of here but for tracking purposes:
I’ve been rotating between BB & DB exercises - here’s today
1×8 205, 1×8 240, 1×6 255, 1×3 270, 1×7 240, 1×8 225
*The last two sets felt strong- weights felt lighter, should have forced out another rep or two
Moved up to BB Decline:
2×10 205, 1×8 215. 1×8 215
Incline DB
3×8 with pause 80
Champagnes - these were tough today
3×7 45 with strict form, ouch!
DB Decline & Incline flyes - also worked with different pauses on machine flys
