Ever feel like puking on a leg workout?
Yeah, great workout tonight. You know it’s good when you feel like you wanna puke toward the end.
Haven’t been squating too much lately b/c my right shoulder gets a bit tweaked (stil healing) but getting back into it now.
Some of the sets tonight:
Squats: 10×225 10×245 8×275 5×295 10×245
Leg Press, feet outward, wide: 3×10 540, 1×8 570 1×21 270
Leg Curls: 2×8 160, 1×7 170
BB Lunges: 2×10 135, 1×8 155
Leg Ext. 3×10 210 w/pause
Calf Raises 3×15 320
and a few other sets/exercises. Legs feel great, but I hope I can walk tomorrow

Sounds like a killer workout. You almost maxed out. Consider it a max leg day when you do puke. I have 2 times under my weight belt. Looking at your exercises it looks great. I have never hit my legs that hard. Well, maybe back in high school. I only do 2sets of 8 - Squat / Hacks / Presses / Extensions / Curls. But I go full range of motion (knees to chest) and extreme heavy. Usually on hacksquat when my butt is touching my ankles and I am cranking out my last set, I get that turning stomach.
