Shoulders & Lats on a roll…
Thursday, August 23rd, 2007Last couple weeks, shoulders & lats have been feeling solid.
Started out tonight with some DB presses- sets of 65, 70, 75
Rear & Front Lat pulldown sets of 195 & 210
Arnold Presses (?) two sets with 55’s
Burnout on miltary with 145 to end the evening
Only a two more workouts, then off for a work conference and vacation!
