Cardio? how’s about 5000 feet of climbing
Did a short chest workout today- was supposed to do shoulders but I hate those before a big hike. My pack usually kills the shoulders so I swapped days.
got in some bb bench - 10×205, 7×240 7×245 8×225
incline db 10×80 x 3 sets
decline bb 10×205 x 2 sets
couple rounds of slow flys using 45’s
about 3 hours of sleep, then off to climb & ski 5000 vert on Mt. Shuksan (the big peak next to Mt. Baker). If I get any summit pics, I’ll see if I can post one up here Sunday night. Off for a nap now.
