work is overrated
work’s been kicking my ass lately which has in turn been limiting my sleep. I hate working out when I already feel drained, but with a busy schedule this week- I had to push through.
rather than a full workout, I kept the chest workout a bit lighter and shorter, but fast paced
flat bb bench 1×8 205, 3×8 225
incline db superset with ball pushups to failure 2×10 75, 1×10 70
decline bb 1×10 175, 2×10 185, 1×10 155
flys -db 2×8 50
followed by 15 min of ab work
