lats/chest combo
Thursday, May 31st, 2007switched things up a bit today; decided to hit a heavy chest session and combine it with some lat work & supersets. Felt sluggish on the first few sets, but as the workout progressed I got a great burn. Really pleased about the lats. The chest workout killed me, but recovered enough to knock out a solid rotation of lat pulldowns 4×10 @ 180. Burned out the last set as a pyramid - was sweet, my veins were popping and arms were feeling it.
Shoulder/Tri day up next, this is quickly becoming my favorite workout of the week. Due to work schedule, lifting early in the morning (not my strong suit) so we’ll see how that goes.
