Finally Getting results
I have been doing this for along time and have never gotten to where I am now. I have maintained most muscle with dropping BF by 2.5%. I got hooked up with poynter and went on extreme fat reduction workout and have drank gallons of scivation xtend. That chit is awesome. I saw some of my back photos and couldnt beleive the results. I have never seen those before. Kick but this site is great so much inspiration to keep pressing on. Only goal now is to gain 5lbs of muscle with out gaining fat.
