Finally Getting results

I have been doing this for along time and have never gotten to where I am now.  I have maintained most muscle with dropping BF by 2.5%.  I got hooked up with poynter and went on extreme fat reduction workout and have drank gallons of scivation xtend. That chit is awesome.  I saw some of my back photos and couldnt beleive the results. I have never seen those before.  Kick but this site is great so much inspiration to keep pressing on.  Only goal now is to gain 5lbs of muscle with out gaining fat.

went off track

Man I was doing so great was probably leaner then ever as off last wed.  I then missed 3 days and diet was terrible.  Buddy of mine came home and that story writes itself.  Now I am bloated and lost all def.  What the heck just goes to show how much of a mental challenge this is. I got back to grind yesterday and diet is going to be on lockdown for the rest of this week.  Maybe allow myself a cheat meal on sun just maybe.

Anoying Ego Feeding

I am fed up with the individuals on this site posting progress pics that have NOTHING to do with progress, but instead are them hanging and pics of them posing in model type poses that are not fitness model or body building poses.  These tend to be by attractive individuals that are given a body and pose them selfs to feed there ego, when in fact they have a soft body and anyone experienced in weight training can tell that they hardly have ever picked up a weight in there life.  This site is for people serious about fitness and work hard to transform or improve there mind body and spirit.  People on here are moved and motivated by there improvements and look forward to positive comments on their success.  So if your not serious about health and fitness and helping yourself and others succeed in your goals.  Please stop wasting everyones time and taking the creditability away from this site.

Took four days off trying to finish a deck at the house before boating season gets here. Working on that then going to work for 12.5 hrs no time for gym.  Kept my diet in check and did alot of ab work at work shhh, Also the deck is pretty gruiling so its not a total loss of workout.   Well it rained today and I hit the gym like a rabid ape. Feel absolutely freaking great.  Sometimes I think you need that time off to feel guilty and to recharge your a#s.  Cant wait for tomorrow.

So I’m in the movies watching wolverine as I sit there eating popcorn and reices pieces which are the best candie on earth I realize I need to up the cardio.  There is no way I’m leting these guys show me up super hero or not no way not now!!!!  Time to become my own super hero  look out.

Well I got up at 315am so I could get a workout in before my 515 shift.  Feeling good I drove all the way to our wellness center only to realize I forgot my work shoes. Damn I had to drive all the way back home luckly with time to put in 30 min interval training on my treadmill, not what I wanted but still managed to get a good workout in.  I realized today how important atitude is in getting a good workout and reaching your goals.  There is always time.

Been slacking a little on routine strenghth has went through the roof and i’m  bigger than in years.  However went to see wolverine and as I watched and ate popcorn and killed a bag rieces pieces realized that I need to kick up the cardio summer is in like 3weeks.   No way I’m going let Hugh friggin Jackman show me up like that.
