Well I started hitting the gym hard on 1 Nov 07 and I’m glad to say that it is paying off.  I know, I know that I need more pics of myself.  Anyone one want to volunteer and make the trip to Iraq to take them?!  LOL, I promise in the next few weeks that I will have some.  Got even my roommate to train with me.  Ah, a ironhead in training!  LOL, got to love the pump!
