I had a lot on my mind today. After work, I hopped on my spinning bike and hit it hard. It was soooo sweet!! I just let it go, releasing every one of my thoughts into the pedals. Whew, it was soooo euphoric!! So this morning, after my run, I hopped around a bit listening to the soca music i had playing, and this evening, after spinning to my hearts content, I jumped in the shower, then sat down to eat, feeling great. ahhhhhhhh oh what a relief it is!!

Well, after doing legs last week wednesday and walking around like the tin man ever since. Today I had a GREAT walk/run!!!! I took off like the clutch had been lifted!! All my walking partners saw was my back today. lol At the end, we do a short ru- i was going faster and faster- but know what? it FELT GOOOOOOD!!!!!!! so now i’m off to do my thing today- hope that you all have a great day!! peeeeeeace never give up!!

my legs are sore. BIGTIME!!! and the funny thing is that today i have had to walk EXTRA. went on a school feild trip, there was an accident, we couldn’t drive that way, we had to walk, we had to walk to the bus station, we walked to town. i took each step like- ow this hurts, my quads are killing, but i had to troop on.
i am involved in a 100 day challenge with a group. the point is to put in all of your hours that you used in exercise, and the tally them up, showing how the groups rate. Well, we came third last week. good news huh? so i am interested to see where we place this week. i’ll post the link later.

leg workout this afternoon. so i have been doing my own thing, my trainer will coach me from the side, kinda push me on, but today we linked. and did he push me- wow. but the crazy thing is, as i was panting on the side of the gym, legs swollen as ever, i was LOVING IT!!!!!! i must be a bit crazy huh? it was good- high reps, burn baby burn, i forgot how the quads feel on FIYAH!!!!!!!!!!! but it was good.

Just spoke to my trainer, he lost his wallet, (he has it back now) but he ripped his house apart looking for that thing. He was devastated by it.
I was watching the superbowl and thought that the Cardinals actually had a chance to win. They lost, they were devastated.
Sarah Palin ran for position, she not only lost, but has faced major humiliation as a result of that. She is devastated, i think….hmmmm, not too sure about that one. lol
but…
I went to do my belt this morning, my waist is shrinking!!! whoop whoop!!!! i had to move my buckle to the next hole. I am LOOSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah yeahiiiiieeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! But am I devastated? hell no!! this is the loss that I love to have. so, remember, not all losses are bad….
