I have launched a war. It is not on weapons of mass destruction, but a war on mass!!!! ha ha ha Got in my bed at like 9:15 last night, was hittin the dreams maybe 10 mins later, then bounced out of bed this morning like , like (hmmm… what bounces?) like toast? well, u get my drift, had a great walk, and realized that IT IS ON!!!!! THE WAR aAGAINST MASS IS ON!!! (that is fat mass ) so i’m gone, hope that everyone is read for the war and is winning their battles. peace-more fire!!!!

This post has no title. This is out of respect for the workout that I had today. I have to start this post with a moment of silence…………
Did legs today. i need to pause for another moment of silence, or am i just traumatized by my experience? There are workouts, and then there are WORKOUTS!!!!
I had a WORKOUT!!!!!!!! I don’t even want to share what it was as there may be children reading this, this is a family site, and today’s workout was rather graphic, I may get kciked off the blog if i told you lot what i did. If my legs don’t respond to this, nothing will. So, I know that I am going to sleep well tonight. I left the gym, got groceries, kicked back on the couch while I tried to watch the news and eat my scrumptious meal, but the news was too deep, I opted for some show on MTV where the people were dancing, something brainless, something to relx and veg out to. So, for those of you who want a wu ha type of post- not tonight, tonight, I will concentrate on my ed and try to put today’s workout behind me. Please pray that I get over this. ….. ha ha ha MORE FIRE!!!!!! RESPECT !!

Today I learned, well, experienced actually something about fire. I know that I use the term "more fire" and talk about the burn, but this afternoon’s workout was a bit different. I learned that all one needs is a spark. My workout today was explosive- dynamite style, man, talk about hitting it hard!!!! So, in order to ignite a stick of dynamite, all you need is a spark-lesson for today. Back and shoulders, not in that order, but today’s workout was explosive-i’m out- hit it hard my people!!! PEace love and respect!!

Well, I have had a successful week. So today, I am going to pause and reflect. I must say, that when one trains by themself, you tend to think that you are going all out. But no….. my trainer is back, and this has been the first week of MAN MAKER trainer as my bro from this site calls it. He pushed me past the point of pain and burn. You know, when you are thinking- wow, three more? I can’t do this, but he makes you dig in a kick it into over drive- cool guy. In fact, my gym is cool. Everyone feeds off of everyone. Mel- Goldielocks, Ross, Sam, Rasta, Gary, Morris, the list goes on. Everyone hits it hard. So when you go down the steps, you can’t help but jump in and hit it hard. AAAARRRRGGGGHHH!!!!!!!!! This is a beautiful thing. Good people at my gym, it is like a little family. That really helps the workout. Was a member at another gym before, the vibe was flat, there were pockets of people hither thither and yon, made for a cold gym experiance. At my gym, everyone , well, most people encourage everyone.
So today I did arms and chest. Much props to my trainer, who, by the way had the robo-cop, i did legs-the-other day walk. lol ha ha ha Funny thing, we have a synergistic relationship, we feed off of each other, the more he throws at me, the more i go, despite of the pain, the burn, the everything else, this is a beautiful thing.
Know what else is a beautiful thing? Saturday is my REST DAY. no walking tomorrow, just pure REST!!!!!!! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH bring it on. Rest and recouperation time, here I come.

So, I had legs today. Legs. Legs, the day that is the most serious day. Doing legs, serious business. I should show up with a suit and tie to do legs, as that is serious business. My trainer is back- the greatest trainer out by the way , but he had this grand idea for me to do high reps, no problem i thought, i have been doing 15 reps all this time, bring it!! Until… until…. he said 50 reps.
five zero-i ask, or one five?…..
(maybe I heard him wrong….)
well, i guess i don’t call this blog more fire for nothin huh? lol 50!!!! lawd ah mercy!!!! Ever felt the burn down to your bones? Like it passes your muscular level, and feel it in your bones? I forgot how that felt. ouch- MORE FIRE!!!!!! AN INFERNO!!!!!!!!!!! but he pushed me, encouraged me, even though i felt like this was payback for something he thought i did to him or even something i did in a previous life- by the way- my next life (no i really don’t subscribe to that notion, it just makes for a good blog entry ) i am going to take up darts or bowling, or something else, less "burny". lol nah, i love it, pushing myself to and past the point that you never thought you could ever go. My trainer knows his stuff, I trust him, if he says do…. or do…… "ok bro- leeeeet’s go" much respect to him.
but i survived today, I know that by Sat, i am going to be walking down the steps like an old man. lol hopefully i won’t be that sore. lol ( but i know that i am going to be)

I have started walking for 45 mins in the mornings now. I get up, I take my fatburner, and then hit the road, I love it, it really helps to get a good start for the day. I really love what it does to my ever so slow, sloth-like metabolic rate, it really kicks it into gear, all I want to do it eat. lol Can’t wait for the next meal. It lets me know that the metabolic rate is kicking-spontaneous combustion is a myth! You must ignite it yourself to get the fire going. (whew-time to eat-oh boy! ) This afternoon, after I hit the weights, I’ll do some more cardio, eliptical or HIT on the treadmill, have some new music, so I am ready-peace and blessings!

Sittin here sippin on my superpump, gettin the mind ready for the workout that is about to come. The mental push, focus drive, concentration is what seperates a good workout from moving your body around repetedly. No such thing as spontaneous combustion in the gym. (I am going to be running that quote for a bit as I love it )
Got up early this morning, hit the pavement, ahhh, it is so nice and fresh in the a.m., just the waves crashing on the beach, at the end you see the sun rise on the horizon, I love it. And now I can feel my metabolic rate kickin, ahhh, I love it, ignite the fire.
Got one of Muscle-Tech’s many supplements- HALO, gonna test it out, only got one bottle of it, so I’ll post after my workout to tell how it went. My trainer is back, I am on track- Gettin in the zone- let’s do this!!!! I’m focused man!!

I just took my new measurements, I am coming down. This is good news, this means that everything is going as planned, tomorrow I am going to try to get up early and do some walking, cardio is the key for me. Had a good workout today. Legs, hit em hard, and then I did some HIT afterwards, running and walking on the treadmill, I usually ride after legs, but I forgot my riding pants and
I hate the seat without them- ouch, so I opted for the treadmill. Was a good one, Now I am waiting for my broc to be ready, the fish is done, and I am hungry, it is going to be a great week. My trainer is back- Carmichael93 is his user name in here, so we are ready to hit it, competition time is around the corner, gots to be ready. Saw a quote that i liked- No such thing as spontaneous combustion, you gotta make the fire yourself!! MORE FIRE!!!! PEACE OUT, i’m gonna eat.

What an interesting week. It was a good one, it was a bad one, but I made it through. The other day I sent out an S.O.S. , and I must thank the two wonderful ladies who responded, the encouragement was needed and was received like water to a man in the desert. thanks once again. Today I hit the gym earlier, found that I had much more energy, the workout was great, cardio session was even better. So, I am back on track, thanks for the words of encouragement.
But here I am, you will notice that my Friday blogs have a reacuring theme…… IT’S THE WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Much needed rest and recouperation tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend everyone-peace, love and respect!!
