		<description><![CDATA[I did a chest workout today to see how my shoulder would feel.  Where my shoulder should have been there felt like there was an empty space.  This didn&#8217;t help my workout at all.  I will probably be laying off the chest workouts for a while.

		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;ve been on the shelf for the past 3 weeks with a shoulder injury.  My shoulder doesn&#8217;t seem to be getting better after a few months of physical therapy so I decided to start working out again.  Tomorrow will be my first workout.
