I did a chest workout today to see how my shoulder would feel. Where my shoulder should have been there felt like there was an empty space. This didn’t help my workout at all. I will probably be laying off the chest workouts for a while.
I’ve been on the shelf for the past 3 weeks with a shoulder injury. My shoulder doesn’t seem to be getting better after a few months of physical therapy so I decided to start working out again. Tomorrow will be my first workout.
