From when I started at a bodyweight of 107 I have now gained 30lbs in a little under a year. Im really going to start getting serious about gaining weight, I’m gonna finish my second half of summer with big gains in bodyweight. My goal is to come back to school at a lean 145 and continue my clean bulk to 155.

I will be starting a journal to record my progress. I will start it probably tomorrow, my workout days will be Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday most likely. Im putting the final touches on the routine im creating, the lifts I will be doing are BP, DL, Squat, Snatch and PC+Jerk. Everyone should check it out;)
