This is it man, next 22nd a 12 km run.
The terrain is not an easy one (not in my Costa Rica) start from Canal 7 (TV Channel 7) in La Sabana, to a down hill for almost 2 km to Los Anonos bridge, then up, to Escazu another slow hill down to Guachipelin, then a hard hill to El Alto de las Palomas and down again for almost 4 km to the goal. This Sunday is my last long training of only 17.8 km I choose to train this time up hill mainly to increase strength and speed. Intervals this Tuesday and then rest for the race.

Swimming is the hardest cardio in my opinion - cheers to you for trying it! Your summer plan sounds awesome, since nothing sounds better then a swim after a bike or a run. Good luck to you, and I hope you win your boxing match!

Great job! I've played around with the idea of running a marathon but my endurance is lacking. I'll just live vicariously through you in that aspect.

Sorry to hear about your bad milk episode htough...just thinking about that makes my stomach turn...*blech*

I've been contemplating trying Muscle Milk, maybe I'll give it a shot. Started NO Explode last week and I'm really liking it.
