Great workout today: 8 mile run; 10 sets of: 20 jumping jacks followed by 20 elastic resistance push-ups; 3 sets of: superset of 15, 10, 5 incline dumbell press; max push-ups (which at this point was not that many); max pull-ups; 10 wide grip pull-downs, 10 reverse grip pull-downs; 50 crunches. Tan.
I am certainly starting to tighten up. Also, I am really digging this NO2 Black. If you are thinking of taking a new NO, give it a try - it’s worht the cost.

Rur Forrest run!!! lol I m just playing man. That is awesome that you did 8 miles run. I would be happy if I could do a 10k right now. Keep it up bro.
