Finally!
Wednesday, April 29th, 2009yeah! so, here I was.. thinking.. I’m gonna get 400 lbs. today! It’s my DAY! My mind starts to focus on what i was gonna do at the gym….. I take my superpump 250 rasberry.. got my music… yes..! so, i off i go with my partner. still focused i go in and see the bench is occupied! shyt! so, wtf! i decide.. i will do it on the Decline Bench! pop 10 135 lbs. then i do 8 225 lbs. then 5 315 lbs. by this time i am focused! screw-it! "put it on!" i tell my partner… 4-45 lbs. plates on each side.. i look and see and look intimidating.. but I know i can get this… i get on the bench.. bringing down slowly then I push that penche bar up…! yeah!!! Mungo finally gets his 405 lb. decline bench! but yet i still want the regular bench press! i have little arms.. so, i dont have to go to far with the bar… i was pretty much done from there… after that i was so happy that i did whatever.. like tricep workout and more chest workouts… the best part is i have somewhere that will say.. "yup, he did it!" so, with that… i will end this.. on a Great note!
"if your not lifting heavy, then get outta of my way!"
