Mungo not Happy!

Well,

here I am.  Tonight I "thought" i was going to do 385 lbs. on the bench.  Shyt!  It was not to be.  I have till next friday to hit that pinche’ 400 lbs. mark.  I brought the 385 down.. maybe too slow.  I think i ended up doing negatives instead.  My friend said i shouldnt have brought down slow cuz thats what screwed me up.  I am really pissed and it ruined the rest of my workout.  After that blunder i just did light weight…. hoping and thinking I will hit it on thursday.  tomarrow is legs and i know, i will go in there and be pissed off.  I think to whoever reads this.. your probably like " Get over it!" hells no! It really bugs me because all day i was thinking and thinking about it… maybe too much. 

lol time to get over it i guess…  Well, my boys flag football team made the playoffs.. I am really proud of them.  They came along way since the beginning of the season.  My little one is catching the ball way better.  My diva Bratty daughter is almost done with the written part of drivers education. lol  holy crap, watch out cuz the girl will soon be on the road driving her drunk ass father around..lol  just kidding… I can see it now "Mija!  cooooommmmeeee picks mes up at the Bar!  Daddy can’t drive.. hiccccupp… I think?" lol  well, im outta here.. I have a date with Gear of War 2 to kills some cabrones… hey, someone is gonna take it! lol

Okay…

so, tonight…  I went for 375 lb. bench and I got it!  I did it once with a good spotter.  The only thing is that he just put his two fingers on it…lol  He said he didnt help me with the lift.  which i believe but you know when you see someone touch the bar.  You think they helped..  I am only 25 lbs. away from my goal!!!  "Mungo can do it!" lol 

well, i weigh 236 lbs. you can say it "gordito" lol "chubby" lol  its all good…  I am just happy… Now its time to celebrate!  "Mcdonalds here i come!" lol just kidding… more like protein drink and lots of water.. dont think thats all i did cuz if i were to write it down.. you would probably get bored.. couldnt have that! lol   well, i have to get outta here.. im hungry!
