Hey Gabe…looks like you got up to about 380 just prior to the holidays….then you dropped off. So I bet you can get it back through an every other day push. Work dumbell presses into the routine..they work the chest differently than a straight bar. Try not to lose any weight….you’ll need the "mass" to push up to 400. BTW, check your body weight stats…there’s an obvious "typo" error there. LOL.

You are super funny! Are you from Dallas? Just wondering. My humble suggestion would be to gradually build up to the 400 lb mark, but allow for two days rest inbetween you heavy exercises to reach that goal…work legs or do your cardio in the mean time and REALLY rest those chest muscles, but just two days, because any more than that, you will lose strength. it is a fine line to walk, between rest and "push", but try to find it…also take an amino acid recover drink during and after your workouts…i just bought "Extend" in Watermelon and it freakin rocks and will help with your soreness and muscle recov. so you dont loose any strength you gain. best to you!!
