Finally this Wacko is back…
Tuesday, November 18th, 2008So, I am back… I had some issues the past month of oct and part of november. You see that pick of me on the AV. well, that was the end of september but tonight i will take a new one. The whole time i was gone I did no gym. I ran… yes, like the wind… I run like the wind.. lol during that time my knee got better and stronger. I started off running at a slow poke pace. now, for p.t. i can run 1 1/2 miles to the place we run to and then back.. so, 3 miles! yeah, This little gordito you see is running but here is my problem. i am dropping weight because i am not feeding the muscles like i used to. next week i will start. I know, i know its turkey week.. more the better right? yeah.. meetoo93! lol we are having a thing going on this base right now, but I WILL make it to the gym and start to hit the weights hard! the motivation is coming back! yeah….! lol Earlier today a friend of mine feel asleep at work..lol here are 5 things to say if you get caught…
NUMBER 5: ‘They told me at the Blood Bank this might happen.’
NUMBER 4 : ‘This is just a 15-minute power nap they raved about in the time-management course you had me attend.’
NUMBER 3 : ‘Whew! Guess I left the top off the White-out. You probably got here just in time!’
NUMBER 2: ‘Did you ever notice sounds coming out of these keyboards when you put your ear down real close?’
And the NUMBER ONE best thing to say if you get caught sleeping at your
desk: (Raising your head slowly) ‘In Jesus’ name, Amen.’
I know… i know they sent this to me… thought it was funny…!
but for now i will leave and get ready for da gym!
