Time to lose weight…
So, I went to the dr. this morning and it turns out that I have a slight tear in my right knee. Im not in pain so I can go and run. nice huh? lol I wasnt put on no profile to keep me from running. Now, i need to drop some Poundage to help with the possible pain on my knee. Also, I tried on my blues and I look like Crap! Seems on the 10th of Oct. we are having a blues inspection. I guess its time to start doing way more cardio. Drop some of this fat off. hmmmmm me, lean? lol I never did reach my goal of 400 lb. bench press. shyat! the most i went was 355 lbs. 3 times. The dr. said no more dairy or supplements until i drop the weight! WTF! "Mungo not Happy!" soon, i will be calling myself "Mingo" since I’m going to really shrink. Crap! hmmmmmm I guess my health and looking better in uniform are more important for now. so, here goes for running and cardio. Trust me, i am still going to try to lift like there is no tomarrow! I have to keep the muscle on. Well, i have to end this.. why? because I’m starting to bore myself..lol
