Here is a question. Why do we try to improve our bodies? who are we trying to impress? My partner says he doesnt need to impress anyone. Its true, but really. Don’t we want that guy/girl next to us to say "Shyt, that looks heavy!" or "Forget that, im not going to mess with him/her" its an Ego probablem that some of us have. We want to be the strongest in the gym or even the biggest. So, we push ourselves at the weights. Like yesterday.. I was benching 315 lbs. and i did 7 reps with no spotter. yeah, i felt good but really, i should have pushed myself more… by going up to 355 lbs. doing 2-3 reps. i have a kinda goal to hit 400 lbs. just once. Come on do you really think that i am really going to stop.. naw! because then, i want 425 lbs…. Im not young, thats for sure and i question myself lately on the amount of weight i strive to lift. i dont know if i ever will hit that 400 lb bench press but I do know that I want to look like i can. lol i guess its all about the looks… for me at least. people think i played football in high school.. lmao! nope… i weighed in at 150 lbs. coming into basic. then slowly gained forty pounds. next thing i know is i am weighing 240 lbs. and looking fat from the face cuz thats where i think i carry it the most. "chubby cheeks!" its okay because as long as i know if i get mad enough, i will just pick something up and throw it. kinda like the hulk does… i great imagination huh? lol well, hope i didnt bore with this. Im outta here.. i have the gym to start to prepare for!

So, I didn’t have to go to work today.. yea! instead i stayed home and did things here and there. Got the great opportunity yesterday evening to see my son at his 4th practice or how many he has done.. but it was my first time. I was excited to see him out there. Hes barely 6 yrs. and other kids are about his age. Its cool to just sit and watch them. Learning how to do just your basic football stuff. Tomarrow morning they have practice again. Okay, enough about him..lol Tonight, i was going to get my drink on but i have to stay sober for my Diva daughter to call me, but i already told her for tomarrow night to find a ride..lol Daddy going to get his drink on! lol Okay, i am bad for drinking but its only been once a week.. i promise! lol I should to start to eat right… lmao! whooooo did i say that? lol Please, i love food way to much, thats why i probably will never get Abs or get cut like all these other guys here… Oh wellies! I need a drink. hey, maybe i have been drinking alittle more because things going on im my head.. whew! thank god nothing goes on in there, at least thats what my imaginary friend says.. lol well, i better get off of here for i can go and play some football on the 360…yeah, at least i will stay wake and wait for my diva daughter!

I am soooo stoked about this three day weekend! why? well, no work! duh! Okay, so i have to do things around the house. No biggie! At least i can drink while i work..lol after work i am going to see my little Mungo practice football.. i never get a chance but today! i will! Well, my friend "wil" finally made it to Iraq or where ever he was going safe and sound… now, he is goin to get huge on me.. he weighs like 150 lbs. and about to try to gain some serious weight…
here is a pic of his daughter.. she is sooo tiny or i am just alittle bit bigger… lol
well, i have to go and get started on getting out of here…
Incase i dont write till monday.. you all have a "fabulous weekend" so, a good friend tells me… lol

Today, went to the gym at 0500 and hit different body parts… my biggest thing was that I did 355 lbs. decline bench 2 times!!!! my spotter was about to touch the bar and i just grunted and say no! so, i proceeded to do it twice! yeah! im pretty stoked about it… cuz i feel like i am really back!
On to some bad news for me… after the gym, I had to head back to the Unit to see my Best friend from here leave to Iraq… I freaken hate good byes but i got through it… as long as he and everyone else that is out there comes back sefely! Deployments are soooo rough on the love ones… his wife had a few tears and others… but hey, thats how it is!
I am outta here for now… I have to go and take care of the things here… You all be safe!

wow.. its been a long week. I went to gym this morning an did decline bench press.. 315 lbs. for 8 reps… not bad… then i did 335 lbs. for 5… i think i am getting to where i want to be… did more chest exercises and arms… so, after the gym i got ready for p.t. and we ran three miles… okay i ran the first two without stopping and the other one, i walked alittle and ran.. not bad to my standards.. my freaken legs got heavy and my shins started to ache abit. i weighed myself this morning and Shyt! i weigh 235 lbs. I’m not that happy about it… but i feel like a monster… lmao! gggggggggggggrrrrrrrr! I am really looking forward to the weekend and chill with the kids and play my son in NCAA college football on the 360. what a life huh? and of course.. get a nice buzz on saturday night with friends.. not drunk but buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! well myself… have a Safe and Exciting weekend!
