okay, this morning i got up at 0400 to get ready to go to the gym at 5… did bis and tri’s… yeah, nice pump… then did p.t. shyt!  we ran 5K!  this gordo dude, as you know doesnt like to run but its good for my heart…? lol  yeah-a Pinche’ heart Attack! lol  i didnt run it fully but hey, i did it!  its like 1300 and im beat!  wtf! is that the Methyl doing it or is it me.. that i am working soooo hard that i am tired.. my body aches… yeah… yeah! im getting old!  whatever!  but i can last a long time… wink… wink!  lmao!  tooooooo mucho information on that huh? lol  so, anyways, this weekend taking my baby to see "Hulk!" yeah, cant wait to see my idol.. yes, Mexican-American Idol! lol and sunday is "Fathersday!" big deal.. another pinche holiday to eat and drink…ohhhhhh hell yeah then!  going to my brothers new house for that day… obviously he will be doing the grilling!  and i of course will do the eating!  lol  so, to the Fathers out there, "have a great Fathersday and don’t forget to hug your kids!" and to the Fathers out there in the Middle East … happy fathersday! you all take care and come home safely!
