legs..
This morning i got up at pinche’ 4 a.m. to get to the gym at 5. Damn! did the usual… eat something small because i woke up with a serious hunger! glad to see my eating habits are coming back! so, i get to the gym only for about 5 min. later. the new guy im working out with. lets just call him "Chief" Damn! this guy is a monster. Finally i have someone to workout with that i have to try to catch up to. so, today we did legs.. lots of sets on the leg presses. when went as high as 10-45 lbs. on each side… okay, a light day it was.. lol did some hack squats and he taught me a few pointers too. Chief used to bodybuild and powerlift. hes not much taller than me. this guy is huge… to me at least. i look like a little guy next to him…. okay enough about my new partner… after we did legs and calves we had freaken p.t. at 0700 and we had the option to run or lift weights? lol ugh, yeah i ran at least a mile then went in and hit alittle bench. i wont be back to work until monday but i will try to get sum gym in tomarrow and friday… at least run …..lololol shit, did i say run!? but, i am outta here… you all have a great day tomarrow….

900 lb leg presses? Man, I’d blow an O ring if I tried that. Good luck in your quest for greater hugeness.
