WHAT IS THE NORM?

I just reading Mr. deads blog on what is the norm?  well, this is mines..lol  Get up monday-friday at 0545 for p.t. only three days a week at 0700.  Get to work by 0900 then go to the gym for lunch because its better for me… i feel more stronger.  be back here about 1300 continue being busy with what i do… till about 1700 go back to my room and run errands or just chill because i am beat from the day. weekends i spend time running other errands in el paso at the same time pay alot of attention to my kids…lol  because those little shyats always want to be with me… hmmmmm cant understand why? oh yeah!  "money!" lol  naw.. i take them to movies or do other cool things…  lol my youngest asked if he could play the Grand theft Auto 4 on the 360… ugh! no!  i usually let him with other games but not this one… besides i want to finish it first! lmao!  yeah, my legs are still sore big time!  but at lunch its time to work the guns at the gun shop (gym) lol  well, my locos!  i am outta here to go an earn a paycheck! lol

"if your not lifting heavy, then get outta the way!!!"
