Finally back…
Well, I made it back From my mini-vacation last week but i decided to just chill rather than get back to the gym… so, i made it to the gym yesterday at lunch and went back to benching 335 lbs. 5 times.. wasnt wanting to push it since it had been awhile since getting to the gym. today, i did legs and leg pressed 1035 lbs. 8 times… i ask a friend if he would sit on the top next time.. lmao! that would be Awesome! take a pic on that one…. after both days of hitting my almost max weight i did lots of high reps… high reps meaning like between 15-20 per set. my legs are getting sore just from sitting here blogging this in…
