Hangover….
Today, I have plans on going to the gym at lunch again. Here is my problem. Do you go or not go with a Hangover? I want to go because I need too but will this hinder what I really want to lift? Should i just do a bunch of light weight reps for that way nothing heavy hits me on my Mellon. lol Just curious to see what anyone had to say on this.. lol

Hola my friend!!! I remember being yanked out of bed with a hangover from hell when I was in the Army and made to run. After I puked up my guts I was good to go and it actually made the hangover go away. So my advice is to hit it hard…puke….and then hit it hard again. Good luck dude!
