Hoooraaahhh…

Yesterday, I did the P.T. thing and they made me do the bike.. Crap! lol  like if i was really pissed.. cuz you know how i love running…(big Jokes!) did that for 1/2 hr. went okay.. came back to the gym at about 7 p.m. coolies, no one was there "imagine that!" its usually empty at that time anyways…  so, i started on legs extensions to warm up this old man body.. went up to 140 lbs. each leg at 10 reps.  i felt i was warmed up enough… started on leg press.. i went as high as 1125  lbs. for 8 good solid reps… it looked cool cuz it was 12-45 lb. plates on each side and plus the leg press machine by itself at 45 lbs. (i think) no one was really there so, i could get "E-Stupid!" lol  my calve held out pretty good since i had it nice and wrapped… i pretty much did other leg exercises.. the rest of the time.. did alittle bit of bi’s…  today, i will do shoulders and see what mood im in cuz i stopped taking no-explode and black powder.. i have to go on "anger" fer sure.. lol  hmmmmmmmmm who has pissed me off lately?  "EUREKA!" my oldest brother.. since i havent mentioned his name i will call him "Cabrone!" meaning "as..hole" or whatever you want it to mean..  i wonder if his oldest son gets on this site? hmmmmmmmmm  lmao.. noooooo because he cant read, and his diet consist of a tortilla and butter–DEE-DEE-DEE!  lol  you like that huh, bro! well, Mi locos gente… (my crazy people) shyt! learn spanish for i stop translating.. lol just kidding…  i amuse myself way toooo much… i have to go and do sum work..lmao

Last week sucked!  last friday was my nephew confirmation and it was really nice because the bishop was there to do the mass, but while that was going on, my uncles rosary going as well.. but what can i do? nothing! duh! Saturday was the burial and it went as well as it could.  my uncle Beto looked good.. peaceful… so, yeah… then after everyone left… the fight began with his kids over the house.. wow!  the only thing going through my mind was my mom and dads house.. hmmmm ‘SELL-IT!"  but not after i punch my oldest brother! did you know that mo-fo! didnt even has the RESPECT to call his cousins and give him is condolense.. me and my other brother gilbert we like WTF! like i have said before.. my oldest bro is a ‘piece of work!" and i am not talking Picasso either!  dont let me get started!  anyways, on to my workouts…  yesterday, i did 345 lbs on the benching and i felt good…  today is shoulders… my calve muscle is still hurting so, no p.t. running today.. lol   just gonna do the bike thing… while they run.   next week i wont be doing the gym till like thursday because im taking the kids to Disneyland in Cali…  its just gonna be a quick hit and run… because the summer is going to be busy…  well, i better get going because "MUNGO HUNGRY!" i think the hydroxycut are working because i have dropped 5 lbs. since last week. and i feel my Gut getting smaller.. lol  SE CUIDAN!  (YOU ALL TAKE CARE!)

so, last thursday my uncle passed away.  i have been taking IT kinda hard for some reason, hmmm i think cuz maybe i loved him.  my cousins are taking it good.  its 0130 on wednesday morning.  yeah, i know it pinche late.  i have to be up at 0630. who cares though.  i need to really get some stuff off my mind.  yesterday, i was playing football at p.t. and then i was running heard a POP! shyt!  i went to the dr. right away and he said i overstraind my calve muscle.  right now i am on some freaken crutches.  i have an appt at 1300 today to get it checked out….  also, my uncles rosary is friday night but check this out.. my nephew is making his confirmation on that night.. and guess what!? im the one thats going to confirm him… do believe someone had the crazy idea that "I" could do that? i know i dont go to church like i should but do i pray alot!  im not the greatest role model.  but whatever, i will do anything for my brothers kids.. and yeah, i only have ‘1′ brother…. the oldest brother.. i have a few isssues with him… looking forward to seeing him on saturday maybe because thats when they will bury my uncle.  dont worry, i wont make a scene but i will hug him an as i am hugging him i will simply say these few words "your a piece of shyt!" and walk away.  I know it will get back to my mom but he needs to know how i truly feel about him!  he has screwed my family enough…. also, my daughter has an appt. in albuqurque,nm on friday and wont return till saturday evening… so, this sucks.. i really need my daughter and sister to be with me on the the day of the funeral because not only will i be heated up, i might a wreck.  i started a new job here this week and lets just say… im not happy.  i have sooooo much going through this little mind that my world is spinning an could beCOME outta control.  dont know when i will write again but i hope the next time I will be in a better mood.  i stopped taking all the supplements exept the Animal paks and now i am on Hydroxycut… i want to drop weight and get a bit cut.  the hydroxycut make me kinda moody.. but more energy, i think.  i guess i will see what happends… well, my peeps its close to 0200 in the morning and i really need to crash…  you all take care and if you dont hear from me.. its because i am taking care of some issues in my life…  thank you for reading this, and writing comments.

     THIS MORNING WE HAD P.T. AND WE WERE MADE TO RUN.. SHYT!  YOU KNOW HOW I HATE TO RUN… BUT I HUFFED AND PUFFED AND MANAGED TO DO THE FREAKEN RUN.  MY LEGS GOT HEAVY AT THE END.  I AM THINKING SINCE I POUNDED MY LEGS THE OTHER NIGHT AND THE 240 LBS. I CARRY AROUND MY BODY.  THATS WHY THEY GOT THAT WAY.  THERE IS ONE STRETCHING EXERCISE THAT I HATE.. WHICH IS THE CHEST STRETCH WHERE YOU HAVE TO PUT YOU ARMS BEHIND YOU AND LIFT… LIKE IF BEING HANDCUFFED.. NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW..  I HATE IT CUZ MY ARMS ARE SHORT AND I CAN BARELY PUT THEM TOGETHER.  I SEE ALL THESE SKINNY LITTLE FCKERS DOING IT AND I GET UPSET.  I GUESS I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE FOR LOOKING LIKE A TYRONNOSAURUS REX.  (HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT)  "MUNGO NOT GOOD WITH SPELLING!"  LOL  LAST NIGHT I DID SHOULDERS AND I WAS KINDA ON BECAUSE I DID 80 LB. DUMBELL WITH ONE ARM.  10 TIMES…. EACH ARM.   I DID MORE EXERCISES BUT IT TAKES TO LONG TO WRITE… LOL  I AM THINKING OF GOING TO THE GYM FOR LUNCH.. HOPEFULLY MY HUNGER WONT TAKE OVER LIKE YESTERDAY.  "MUNGO GET HUNGRY!" LOL  I HAVE BACK TODAY AND I CANT WAIT!  STILL INSEARCH OF A WORKOUT PARTNER!  I NEED TO REALLY START TO PUSH MYSELF WITH RUNNING AND LIFTING… I CANT DO IT ALL ALONE… YEAH, STOP CRYING LIKE A "CHAVALA!" (GIRL) I KNOW… LOL  WELL, MI GENTE’! (MY PEOPLE)  I HAVE TO GET BACK TO DOING NOTHING.. LOL

hahaha anyways..

Just got back from DAAAAA-Gym!   here is what I did: max bench 335 lbs. X 6, leg press 1035 lbs. x 10, Shoulder press 270 lbs. x 10, tricep pull down 140 lbs. x 10, bicep curl with bar 135 lbs. x 10, standing calve machine raise  290 lbs. x 10, I did about 6 sets per exercise pyramid up and down.  Much better workout then last night!  yeah…!  so, there it is…  taking the weekend off to do a little cardio..lol yeah.. me? do cardio? lmao… i know i know.. stop laughing… I found out People read these once in awhile but never write anything.. at least thats what my brother does.. "LOSER!"  LOL   well, i need to an eat because "MUNGO HUNGRY!"

GYM Last night..

mungoI had a pinche bad night at the gym last night!  I went in all ready to go.. and then all of a sudden my enthusiasm of being there just left.  WTF!  Maybe it was cuz i really shouldnt have gone because i was kinda tired and not feeling it.  All I know is that.  If your not in the mood to hit the weights, it doesn’t matter what you take to cure that.  I took my black powder and still i wasnt able to be really focused.  I did still manage to get some good reps on my back but mentally I wasnt there.  Thank god i didnt hurt myself.  So, today before I head back home to see my BRATTS!, i will hit the gym and have an all body workout.. meaning I will one body part-All out!  “Mungo must hit gym hard!” you will see a pic of Mungo here.. he is from heathcliff.  I sometimes feel like him.. all DEE-DEE-DEE!  but strong.. sometimes! 

Awwwwww the weekend is here!  kinda of happy.. Gonna take my Diva-Daughter running tomarrow morning..lol “Mungo Hurt Diva!” lol  yeah………..  okay… i now weigh 239 lbs.!  WTF!  granted, im not dieting but still… Well, i have to get back to work for i can go to the gym at Lunch!  lol  did i  say the bad Four letter word?  “WORK!”  oh crap, not today.. its only a 5% day to work..lol but for the gym: 100%!  You Locos/Locas have a great Weekend!

Hangover….

Today, I have plans on going to the gym at lunch again.  Here is my problem.  Do you go or not go with a Hangover?  I want to go because I need too but will this hinder what I really want to lift?  Should i just do a bunch of light weight reps for that way nothing heavy hits me on my Mellon. lol  Just curious to see what anyone had to say on this.. lol

Today, I did the Gym at Lunch again.  It was legs day.  I did cardio for 15 min to get my legs warmed up.  Did pyramids on my exercises.  First was the leg extension for warm-up– 5 sets, going as high 200 lbs. 10 reps each.  After the warm-up I went and Did leg Presses.  5 sets, going as high 1170 lbs. yeah, 12 45 lb. plates on each side, plus one on top and the actual leg press machine. I did my pyramids.  I then went to the hack squat and went as high as 360 lbs. 5 sets for 10 reps each.  finally, I finished with leg extensions as high as 450 lbs. for 8 reps. on my max.  whew!  tomarrow i will hit shoulders and my hamstrings and my calves…. I was kinda pressed for time at lunch. At abou 6 p.m. i will go do about 30-45 min on the treadmill, maxing the uphill walk… lol  "MUNGO, MUST GET STRONG..!" lol  i wanna really start to build my legs.. well, i guess that is it for now, cuz i can hear the my stomach get upset with me!  Because I have to fuel the Monster within! lol  and by the Way… Happy April Fools Day!  To be a Fool, you have to act like a fool!
