Gym At Lunch!
So, Today I decided to go to the gym at Lunch. It Was pretty good because no one was in there so, I was able to really focus on my lifting. I took my Black Powder an I was off to the gym. I was on… I started out at 135 lbs. x 20, 225 x 10, 315 x 7, and then I asked this one guy to spot me and I did 365 x 1.. I had a enough to hit 2 more reps but at my age, I was pretty stoked about it. You know who I have to thank? yup! the EX! i was pissed yesterday. yeah! in fact i need to call her and thank her! or at least my son can tell her! well, I will write later.
