So, Today I decided to go to the gym at Lunch. It Was pretty good because no one was in there so, I was able to really focus on my lifting. I took my Black Powder an I was off to the gym. I was on… I started out at 135 lbs. x 20, 225 x 10, 315 x 7, and then I asked this one guy to spot me and I did 365 x 1.. I had a enough to hit 2 more reps but at my age, I was pretty stoked about it. You know who I have to thank? yup! the EX! i was pissed yesterday. yeah! in fact i need to call her and thank her! or at least my son can tell her! well, I will write later.

Okay… been a while since i wrote something. so, here we goooooo… lol Shyt! today I am 39 yrs.! am I old? hells yeah..! The freaken years have gone by so fast! I am way stronger than 2-3 years ago. I can bench 315 lbs. with 10 reps. I can leg press over 1000 lbs. I can curl a dumbell of 100 lbs each arm. Today, I did tricep pull down of 200 lbs. for 10 reps. Proper form. The only thing that i see is hindering me is my running… but hey, today i did a mile. To some people thats not alot but for me.. Hell yeah it is! this 235 lb. body is not made for running. i am going to start to my somewhat diet on monday. why not today? hell no! I know Sunday is WRESTLEMANIA an me and my 6 year old have a date to sit and watch it! its the superbowl of wrestling..lol this is something me and my son really bond on. he thinks he is Jeff Hardy.. he does is moves and everything. funny as hell! so, I will end this because I have lots of errands to run.. You all have a Great Weekend! To whoever reads this.. Thanks because sometimes people dont take the time to read these.. i know.. cuz im kinda like that…

Okay, so i just got back from the Pinchi Dr. and he said i need to drop some weight. thats understandable, i weigh like 235 lbs. .. so, MAYBE starting monday, i will start to drop to 220 lbs. its going to be a gradual thing. I am not one to lose weight believe me. I can put it with a quickness. lol training is coming still pretty good… been benching 355 lbs. 3 times lately, and just still throwing up some weight. Monday, we have an exercise here and i will be working the night shift. hooray! well, i guess that is it… peace out

Okay… I was wondering if anyone new what good stacks are out there? i am looking to change it up. My friend said to try Nano-Vapor and Cell Mass? what do you all think?

okay,
last night i was in the gym. This Guy and a fairly attractive woman walked in. All of sudden this guy starts to stare at me. WTF! I was on the bench doing 355 lbs. thats beyond the point.. either way.. the rest of the night he was watching to see if i would look or talk to his girlfriend.. come-on! give me a break! I am there to hit the weights not pick up girls.. lol I just thought it was funny of how some guys are insecure… lol
