Should I or Shouldn’t I?
This past week I have been running around with a cold and Today, My head is stuffy and I’m not feeling to good… All week also, I have made some Awesome Gains in putting up some weight… so, Tonight, should i go to the gym and hit arms or should I just stay home and rest an get better before going back? just wondering what anyone thought….

This comes up a lot for me. I usually feel better after forcing myself into the gym (at least mentally if not physically). However, I tend to lose focus and become more injury-prone. It’s a tough call but I understand your dilemma. Best o luck! al
