Tonight, I did Back. not bad of a workout. Got a bit of a rush cuz this girl told me i was getting bigger…lol Yup! nothing like boosting your ego huh? lol
here goes… these are my highest I went. Front pulldown: 225 lbs. x 8 Smith Machine Row: 180 lbs. x 8 One Arm Dumbell Row: 120 lbs. x 15 (only because thats the highest the gym has) Reverse-Grip Pulldown: 200 lbs. x 8 Straight-Arm Seated Row: 240 lbs. x 8 T-Bar Rows: 180 lbs. x 6 …..
Shyaaat! I am abit beat…I felt abit outta breath after each workout.. not sure if its my breathing was off or what… Tomarrow morning we have pinchi P.t…. probably going to run… oh yeah, i hack squated 360 lbs. yesterday… and other high numbers… tomarrow i should be sore from my legs… lol today, i had to try on a coat for my blues and I wear a 50 R? lol
well, this LITTLE-GUY is going to drink his little protein powder and eat some tuna…
