Should I or Shouldn’t I?

This past week I have been running around with a cold and Today, My head is stuffy and I’m not feeling to good… All week also, I have made some Awesome Gains in putting up some weight…  so, Tonight, should i go to the gym and hit arms or should I just stay home and rest an get better before going back?  just wondering what anyone thought….

Today was a tiring day…  I had to get up at 0545 to be in at 0700.. then I had P.T. at 1530.. We Play Soccer, which was pretty good.  Then, I went to the gym at 1845 to do Legs.  After I did legs I ran a mile….  right now its 2120…  and shyat! am i beat!  I was really impressed with myself today…  Awesome job GABE! lmao!  so, here is what i did for legs…

ugh!

I haven’t really been in the mood to blog…  all I know is that I went for 355 lbs. on the bench an the fool that was spotting me just picked it up off the chest!  I have a tendency to lower the bar slow.. he just picked it up and i just looked at him like WTF!  he said sorry and he would spot me again … ugh!  no thanks!  i Know he felt bad but shyt!  these people need to know how to spot.. i trained the 17 yr. old here how too..  so, after that i was pissed!  later on.. i asked that 17 yr. old to spot me and it was the decline bench for 335 lbs. and yeah, i popped about 4 good reps and then i just wanted to scream out "THAT’S HOW YOU F..KEN SPOT!"  but i just kept inside.. lol  yeah, i know.. I have issues!  but not more than my 3 troops that I inherited earlier today..lol great!  i have people to take care of now!  lol  i can barely take care of myself… lmao! well, i have to eat and go to bed.. you all take care and thanks for reading this crap.. hell, even i make myself laugh too.. lol speaking of that.. i have friend that his wife is pregnat and today i called her "HAPPY FEET!"   only cuz she wobbles now.. lol needless to say she wasnt to happy.. but she was amused… my friend was rolling…!

Tonight, I did Back.  not bad of a workout.  Got a bit of a rush cuz this girl told me i was getting bigger…lol  Yup!  nothing like boosting your ego huh? lol 

here goes… these are my highest I went.  Front pulldown:  225 lbs. x 8    Smith Machine Row: 180 lbs. x 8  One Arm Dumbell Row:  120 lbs. x 15 (only because thats the highest the gym has)  Reverse-Grip Pulldown: 200 lbs. x 8  Straight-Arm Seated Row:  240 lbs. x 8  T-Bar Rows:  180 lbs. x 6 …..

Shyaaat!  I am abit beat…I felt abit outta breath after each workout.. not sure if its my breathing was off or what… Tomarrow morning we have pinchi P.t….  probably going to run… oh yeah, i hack squated 360 lbs. yesterday… and other high numbers…  tomarrow i should be sore from my legs… lol today, i had to try on a coat for my blues and I wear a 50 R?  lol 

well, this LITTLE-GUY is going to drink his little protein powder and eat some tuna…

"if your not lifting heavy, then have a Energy drink and Rock ON!!!"

Roids in Wrestling?

Hey…..  well, right now I just back from the gym and I had a kick-Butt workout…  lets just say.. i benched 345 lbs. 5 times…!  in two weeks i want 360!  I think I can get that!!!  if my job keeps pissing me off then i will!  yup!  again!  this time my supervisor brought in a Muscle Milk drink and put his name on it and said that he put his name on it cuz gabe would drink it!  WTF!!!!   I know for a fact that i wouldnt drink it cuz i take in more protein than that in one shot!  What-EVER!  I am more calm now after the gym.. but for a time i was pissed! 

So, anyways….. i know wrestling is staged but for those of you that watch WWE.. Am i the only one that has notice those guys have gone Skinny on Us!?  I used to idolize them cuz they were Huge!  now? little guys!  not all but most of them have gotten smaller…  i know most did roids like Benoit and Hogan and others.. but its hard to watch these big guys get smaller… lol  okay, enough of that… i gotta go…

"if your not lifting heavy, then lets go to Juarez for roids!" hahaha… just kidding okay… Maybe? lol
