I have a question….. but first let me tell you about this Black Powder stuff…. I think like No-Explode you have to be in the mood to go to the gym for it to work. Why? Well, me and my Compadre (Villa) did something we shouldnt have done which is take Red Bull with the Black Powder… yup… took it to see what will happen… you can call me an idiot after you read this… we took the stuff and went out to the whse where we accomplished what we had set out to do really quickly.. also, i did notice that we talked alot and just got really weird cuz of it… i know, i am already weird without it…. the good thing about the stuff is that you only take it when you workout or do some type of strenuous stuff…. i drink enough water a day, so i didnt cramp up like N.O. Granted tonight could be another long night… cuz i cant really sleep… the effects were still with me at the gym cuz i was ready and focused… i did arms. i did alot exercises on my bi’s and tri’s…. i think the biggest thing i did notice is that i curled an 80 lb. dumbell 10 times in each arm…. i did not use my back either… just strick motions… also, spoke to this kid about 16 yrs. old and he asked me questions about lifting weights and i told him but also, told him to come on here to check things out… there, bb.com i am andvertising for you…lol i think he is mature enough for what goes on here…
okay… here is my question….?
Not sure if i already said this… but why do teenagers make this face when they take a pic of themselves? My daughter does this all the time…lol do they think they look cool? if they do, then i guess im cool too? lmao!!
im done… lol

Okay…
i have a question… if we give compliments to other people on this site, does that mean we are flirting or want to hook-up with them? I dont think so, because why are here to get advice on training, to show our goals and accomplishments and also for someone else to take notice and say "you look Awesome, keep up the great work!" we are not here to hook-up or anything. if that has happend, great for the indviduals. I just wanted to know what anyone thought on this… thanks…

Okay…. today we had P.T. in the afternoon… did the stretching and whatever else we have to do… so, after me and my brother from another mother went and played racquet ball…. that was cool and different… afterwards.. i stuck around and did alittle bit of legs. i didnt have my music an called it time to go home… i went later that evening and did legs… I did pretty good… hope they are not hurting for thursdays p.t. … i will make a program on excell and cut and paste it so, you can see what i really lift because it becomes a pain after a while what i lift…lol
so, let me tell you about my daughters little ex-boyfriend… ex? yup… that little shyt has broken my daughters heart! let me vent now………… i want to go and pop him in the mouth and just beat the crap outta him!!!!!! i know he is still a kid but you messed with the wrong little girl because she has a dad that is very pissed off!!! dont let me catch that little shyt! he is playing games with my daughters heart and emotions… if your gonna be broken up.. fine! but leave her alone an let her be…. let life move on… little shyt! is on myspace talking all sorts of shyt to the guys mijas talking to …. he dont know the people i know… yeah!!! im pissed and i am sorry if im not all goofy… but let someone mess with your daughters heart….. i know…. i know they are kids… whatever!!! about right now… i could go back to gym and hit the punching bag…. thinking of doing it…! fck-it! i’m outta here!
sorry about me being upset but i have to get it off my chest before i drive to his house and wall-up on him!

Today, I started on something… its called “Black Powder”… what is it supposed to do? well, its supposed to be like No-Explode but better.. i think.. i looked up some reviews on it an they all said it was good… i took one scoop and like 8 oz. water. the taste was like fruit punch Koolaid.. freaken sweet… so, if you take this ad more water… i got to the gym about 20-25 min after taking it and i was ready to go… dont know if mentally i was already but we will see when i dont feel like going… it cost the same as No-explode.. at GNC… sorry about bodybuilding.com but its easier for me to just go down the street then wait a couple of days… i have bought supplements from here.. and it was cheap…
tonight, i did chest… heaviest i went was 335 lbs. for 4 reps on the decline bench, incline i went 3- 45’s and 25 lb. plates on the incline machine, did 335 lbs. on the regular bench about 3 reps.. i think i was spent from doin the other workouts… then, i did cable press for my chest.. went as high as 100 lbs. 10 reps… did alittle bi’s … all in all i did a 1 1/2 hr. workout… it was okay… it about 10 p.m. and i am not sleepy.. shyt! im screwed! tomarrow we have P.T. in the afternoon… i will see how that goes… well, my little ones… i get going to eat….

what up!!!
Okay… so tonights workout was quick… about 45-50 min…. lol i did legs.. not too bad.. did 20-45 lb. plates on the leg press did about 10 reps the most…. did some arms and upper chest workouts… just something to keep me going until next week… i think i will have a partner.. so… look out! anyways, why sooo short of a workout… lmao… this morning we had P.T. and we did our stretches and all that stuff.. then they said to go upstairs and run for half and hour.. lol yeah! like if i run… well…. i think my commander here has been watching me not do any running… so, he goes… come on P. legs go… he pushed me pretty good.. which is what i really needed.. someone to kick me in the ass! dont really know how much i ran but shyt.. i guess weight makes a difference on your body.. i would not have been able to run like that back in August.. but now.. 15 lbs. lighter.. KA-Bam! now, we have P.T. on tuesdays and thursdays… my goal is to like two miles without stopping… but the worst part is ….. i will lose more weight.. its time to get cut i guess huh? 240 lbs. was alot… lol so, that is my day in a nut shell… and also today… i kinda decided to clean house in my life after making a mistake with a friend… things happen for a reason… its a new year and new goals right!!!!! right gabe! thought i would say hi to my bro and anyone who reads this… i gotta go and eat…

Finally the day has come for me to get back to the gym!! I went earlier… and i did chest.. benched about 315 lbs. 5 times. Did my pyramids up and down.. Did Cable cross overs till they hurt. then i hit my arms with curls and tricep extensions… i Got a Real good workout. I was really motivated to get in there.. no one was really there so, i stayed focused.. nice!
I said i would be hungry like the wolves and yup i was starving to get in there… i lost abit of stregnth but its okay… i pretty much expected it. Tomarrow i will hit legs and back. cant wait to do that… the only thing is that i know i will wake up sore tomarrow morning and we have Pinchi PT training..lol so, i only have two words.."BRING-IT!" New goals are on my mind. I no longer want to have those big cheeks that i had during my daughters party in August. Maybe, i am getting wiser to how i should start to treat my body. Hell, i am no longer a Spring Chicken..lol well, mi Amigos! i have to go and eat cuz i am starving!
