These past two days have been something else…. the other night i went to bed at 3 a.m. woke up at 6:30 a.m. to get to work… last night fell asleep at 2:30 a.m. and woke up at 0600… for P.t. luckily we did cardio on our own and i played raquetteball…i think its cuz i am taking my Black Powder at 6:30 p.m. … so, next week i will try to start working out at lunch to see if i can fix this problem.. this cant be too good for me… lol keep in mind that on tuesdays and thursdays, i go to gym twice ..once for p.t. and the other for weights… This Shyt better payoff…. i think i am busting my ass. i have started to take more protein and amino acids… drinking more water cuz last night i cramped up on my legs… felt good! not! today, i will do arms… hoping to go at lunch… but we’ll see if works permits it… lol well, i have to go to work and have an Awesome Air Force Day! HOOOOAAAAHHHHH! lmao… you all take/care!
