Hola….! Okay, so i havent been to the gym since last wednesday! Becuz my daughter had an appt. outta town. I know I should have gone there at the other base.. but NAW!!! I figured, I will be fine since I knew coming back on Tuesday I would once again be hungry. Well, earlier today, I had to do P.T. with the unit and I ran. Yup! Run Forrest Run! after the p.t. i did alittle work on my quads… not bad… i went later about 630 p.m. and did chest and quads… i am benching 335 lbs. about 3-5 times… I figured out why i am beat by the time my last set hits… its because, i am doing pyramids… gooooo up in weight and then go back down. so, tomarrow, i will just go up and hit my peak and then start a new exercise. what do you think? good, thanks for the advice… lol Tomarrow, i am hoping to try that Spinning Class and kill myself at lunch… lol i heard it works your quads… nnnnnice! i am down to 227 lbs. horray! but do i look sick! lol not! i am really beat cuz i really hit the gym today and am looking forward to waking up sore as hell tomarrow!! NOT! well, mi Locos!! i will write tomarrow … maybe! lol until then…
