Tonights workout was Freaken Awesome!  I benched 335 lbs. x 5… the last two was just a guy i know just touching the bar… lol … Then the shythead got on and did about 7 reps… hahaha!  well.. that brought me back down to earth… but you know what… i know he is stronger than me and I can deal with it cuz he also has shorter arms… but does that really make a difference? you tell me?  i continued to pound the weight for my chest and i thought i could go on and on… but even i know when to stop because i am not really feeling the hurt… "I’m not as young as i once was" great song by Tobby Keith… okay, i am not much of a country fan but him and Tim Mcgraw are good singers… okay.. time to get off that subject… cuz alot of people i know.  Know that i love Rock!  Speaking of Rock…  I got a 30 GB Zune for $100.00 is that good?  i bought it from my Compadre Villa…  he also left a bunch of songs on it… Freaken Awesome!!! hahaha!  Okay, i know i should be talking about the lifting but whatever!  so, i will get off this blog and let you all go on with your life… hahaha!

Today I started out the day okay…. Get to work and all of sudden by Lunch…. I’m in a Pissed off Mood!  Job ticked opps…  Job pissed me off!  Something happend at work and certain things were said and about right now… i am pissed..!  going to gym in about an hour and cant wait to hit bi’s and tri’s … and for the first time in a long time… I am pissed about going to the gym!!! also, hearing shyt from the Mother of my kids pissed me off!!!!  HELL YEAH!!  gonna get some music in my ipod and throw alot of weight up!!!  well i better go and get my protein in and then yup! BLACK POWDER!  dont need no partner today…!!!  Just me and the weights tonight!!!!  i will blog again.. for the third time today… fcken awesome how i just keep this Mans Diary… only for me to read…

These past two days have been something else….  the other night i went to bed at 3 a.m. woke up at 6:30 a.m. to get to work…  last night fell asleep at 2:30 a.m. and woke up at 0600… for P.t.  luckily we did cardio on our own and i played raquetteball…i think its cuz i am taking my Black Powder at 6:30 p.m. … so, next week i will try to start working out at lunch to see if i can fix this problem.. this cant be too good for me… lol  keep in mind that on tuesdays and thursdays, i go to gym twice ..once for p.t. and the other for weights…  This Shyt better payoff…. i think i am busting my ass.  i have started to take more protein and amino acids…  drinking more water cuz last night i cramped up on my legs… felt good!  not!   today, i will do arms… hoping to go at lunch… but we’ll see if works permits it… lol  well, i have to go to work and have an Awesome Air Force Day!  HOOOOAAAAHHHHH!  lmao…  you all take/care!

Hola….!  Okay, so i havent been to the gym since last wednesday!  Becuz my daughter had an appt. outta town.  I know I should have gone there at the other base.. but NAW!!! I figured, I will be fine since I knew coming back on Tuesday I would once again be hungry.  Well, earlier today, I had to do P.T. with the unit and I ran.  Yup!  Run Forrest Run!  after the p.t. i did alittle work on my quads… not bad…  i went later about 630 p.m. and did chest and quads… i am benching 335 lbs. about 3-5 times… I figured out why i am beat by the time my last set hits… its because, i am doing pyramids… gooooo up in weight and then go back down.  so, tomarrow, i will just go up and hit my peak and then start a new exercise.  what do you think? good, thanks for the advice… lol  Tomarrow, i am hoping to try that Spinning Class and kill myself at lunch… lol  i heard it works your quads… nnnnnice!  i am down to 227 lbs. horray! but do i look sick! lol not!  i am really beat cuz i really hit the gym today and am looking forward to waking up sore as hell tomarrow!! NOT!  well, mi Locos!!  i will write tomarrow … maybe! lol  until then…

HOLA!

So, after going earlier to P.T. I thought shyt!  I’m not gonna have anything left for legs… whoooaaaa was i surprised… i tooK two scoops of NO-Explode and there i went on my Merry way…la-la-la-la… okay so, i get there and i pyramid up and down for like 7 sets of squats going as hight 315 lb. not much but im not accustomed to doing squats…  then i hit the leg press about 11 sets hitting as high as 990 lbs. for like 10 reps…  needless to say i was kinda on.. i usually hit the over 1000 lb. mark but not today… then i went over and did my leg extensions up to 450 lbs.  an i did about 6 reps the first time then, hit it immediately for another 5 reps… i was pretty focused and then i hit my back… another time for stats on those… i was pretty good…  lol for the arm rows, i did 225 lbs. on each arm… about 10 reps.. needless to say i felt Awesome!  i guess from what i was thinking about all day… i was more focused and ready to go in there and kill it!  Tomarrow, i will Be going at lunch to hit the shoulders and tri’s… Cant wait already…  not sure if i should be mixing the No-explode and Black powder… but i will be tomarrow… I will let you know how God or Satan are doing… cuz i think i will be wired as i can be…. holy molly!! lol 

well, i guess that is it for today.. gonna make me a ham sandwich and get in a game of "Call to duty 4" on the 360… lol  here we goooooooooooo

Here we go again…

So, I had p.t. this afternoon about 1500 and we ran … good huh!? NOT!!!  i freaken hate running!!!  but anyways, my legs are abit sore.. i took the Black Powder and it helped with the running… now, i am back and eating Menudo… lol  i know "BAD!" but i need something in my stomach before i go back to the gym to hit legs… lmao! yup… going back in abit…  so, i will return and write another blog… for no one to read it…lol  but hey, as long as i entertain myself… F.T.P!  I still think of what could have been… but what do i say… NO-REGRETS! in this case… there is regrets… take/care and i will blog later after i come back from the gym…

Today is Monday!  Duh!  I know, I know!  I was hungry all day to to get to the gym!  before i went to the gym i took a scoop and NO-Explode and a scoop of Black Powder!  yeah!!  i was on!!  i have notice that i am focused when i get to the gym and then i say hello to some friends and then it goes away…  what the hell!  Today, i Pounded 355 lbs. on the decline bench for like 3 reps.  The guy that was spotting me has gotten used to it…  i am the type where if you touch that bar while i am on my way up, i loose focus so, sometimes i has say “don’t touch that Bar!” its funny cuz the guy is just like “okay….” but i have told this new kid to how to spot me…  dont know if anyone is like me, where if you touch the bar… I will get pissed!  lol  so, anyways, i did like 7 sets of decline bench, 4 sets of incline, and like 4 sets on the machine bench… i think i 360 lbs. on the machine. its like 4-45 lb. plates on each side.. you do the math! lol  did like 5 hard reps… then as always, i pyramid down… did cable cross overs up to 100 lbs. on them like about 10 reps…  then proceeded to do arm curls… i got alot of reps in… so, my bi’s were burning!  nice burn! 

okay, here is my question…

My Daughter got back with that little boy… after I know he cheated on her!  so, when i see him…. A. Hurt him? or B. Really Hurt him?  which one would you choose….?  lol  or C. Hold my tongue and say “hi” politely? lmao!  do i look the polite type? hmmmm another question… lol  well, mi Amigos! i must go and eat Menudo because i have alot of it left!  its okay… cuz, at least i dont have to spend on eating out! lol  i know alot of you hate the Cowboys, but i still like them!  so, its okay if they lost! cuz now, i have more motivation to go to the gym … its called “Anger!”

gym day!!!
