Holiday!?

okay, so today is Columbus day!  yeah, im excited!  sure!  the only great about today is that i got to spend another day with the kids… the freaken gym is closed due to this Hilarious Holiday!  i went to the doctor on friday and she said i really need to watch what i eat and lose some weight!?  yup… i have definately hit "GORDITO STATUS!" she said i am i pushing for a heart attack!  nice huh! Shyt!  hmmmmmmm means this fat boy better start running… yeah, its kinda a wake up call…  i love eating junk food and mexican food and whatever i see…. so, today, i have said this is my last day of eat whatever is there and tomarrow, i will "try!" to concentrate on better eating… as long as i run i think i will be okay…. rite? lol  Tonight the Cowboys play and my other team Titans won!  then i will head on back to my home at Hell-o-man!  lol  had a decent weekend… now, i am just writing to write… you all have a Great Day and if you run… run a lap for the "gordito" okay….

i know i will start to run little by little… first one lap then two then three.. so forth… i can do it!  lmao!  think DONUT  at the end of the run!!! aye!!

    yea guy, get on the freaking clean eating train. You work so hard in the gym, work to conquer the nutrition albatross so you could be around for your kids. Good luck!

    Wow, what a wake up call from the doc. I can def say that eating clean gets easier. I’m a sucker for mexican, and i still eat it but i make healthier choices when we make it at home. Like whole wheat tortillas instead of corn… i know it isn’t as good to eat but you’ll get use to it :) Good luck….I’ve just started to train for a 5k and i’ve never liked running…We can keep each other in check. How about a smoothie at the end of that lap? lol

    you know, 5ks are not that hard, and I think with your massive legs you will do great on one. But of course work your way up to it. I think the doc was a bit ignorant, you, a heart attack candidate? no way!

    HEY GORDITO/LETS GO RUNNING HA HA HA/OK LETS BIKE RIDE INSTEAD/IT IS EASIER ON THE KNEES AND WELL WE WOULD LOOK GOOD HA HA HA/YOU TAKECARE OF THAT WEIGHT/DON’T GET HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE LIKE ME/WORK OUT AND STAY OFF WELL YOU KNOW/TAKE CARE BRO AND BECAREFUL NOT TO HURT YOURSELF LITTLE BRO!!!!!
