AWWW! I’M BACK! TOOK SOMETIME OFF… LOVE IT! OKAY, IM WAY TO LAZY TO WRITE WHAT I DID… BUT I MAXED OUT ON THE BENCH AT 335 LBS AT 7 REPS… INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS AT 80 LBS. AT 10 REPS…. DECLINE BENCH, 315 LBS. AT 6 REPS.. COULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE BUT I HIT THE BENCH BAR.. SHYT! PECK DECK FLYS.. 120 LBS. 15 REPS… DID SOME BI’S… STRAIGHT ARM BARBELL CURLS… 155 LBS… 8 REPS… DUMBELL CURLS… 60 LBS. 10 REPS…. PRETTY MUCH THATS IT.. I THINK… I FELT MORE FOCUSED … TOMARROW IS LEGS.. BUT ALSO GOING TO PLAY RAQUETTBALL AT LUNCH.. HOPEFULLY… HAD AN OKAY WEEKEND.. I AM BACK TO TAKING MY THYROID MEDICINE.. THANK GOD.. I NEED TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF MYSELF… I HAVE TO EAT… TALK TO YOU ALL LATERS….

Well, i went to the gym tonight and did shoulders and tri’s…. not too bad of a workout…. but something is missing or wrong with me…! I don’t feel like i have that drive anymore to go to the gym… i used be like "Lets go and kick some ASS!" but for the past two weeks or more.. i find myself going just to go… WTF! Am I burning out of going to the gym… I used to live for this! now, I just lose motivation in the middle of my workout and say "fck-it!" im done…! Don’t know… maybe i need a partner to kick me in the ASS or something… and if i read someone say "ill kick you in the ass!" then at least kiss me… okay! i set myself up for that one! i had a good scolding today from a very close friend here! i know it could be my thyroid making me all nutty but… as soon as i get that pinchi appt.. i wont know… okay…! on to a lighter note… my baby boy "Mungo"… is going to be doing wrestling too… yup! thought he was too young but i guess they have it for 5 yr. olds… cool!! cant wait to see him do it…! he is going to be a "SPARTAN!" How sweet is that… but hell! as long as he has fun… well, i better go… and eat! hmmmm cant understand why im not losing weight!? lol whatever!! also, lost a really close personal friend of mine this week… i guess things dont last forever, huh? time to move on i guess… ;( i’m outta here!

WELL… TONIGHT I DID CHEST…. NOTHING TOO IMPRESSIVE WENT AS HIGH AS 315 X 7 REPS.. ON ALL FLAT, INCLINE, AND DECLINE…. THEN DID ABOUT 7 SETS OF THE PECK DECK AT ABOUT 100 LBS. X 12 REPS… NOT MUCH TO REPORT… I FINALLY ENDED MY WORKOUT WITH DOING THE ELIPTICAL MACHINE AT LEVEL 7 FOR 30 MIN….. THAT WILL TEACH THAT LADY.. WHO IS GORDITO NOW?! LOL NOT!! CUZ I’M ONLY KILLING MYSELF… DOOOOOPE! HEY… GUESS WHAT? THE PINCHI COWBOYS PULLED IT OUTTA THERE NALGAS LAST NIGHT…LOL ANOTHER DOOOOOPE!! LOL YEAH, WELL, SEE WHEN THE PATRIOTS COME TO TOWN… NOW THAT IS A TRIPLE DOOOOOOPE!! NOT VERY HYPER TONIGHT… HMMMMM CALLING IT AN EARLY NITE! okay, so today is Columbus day! yeah, im excited! sure! the only great about today is that i got to spend another day with the kids… the freaken gym is closed due to this Hilarious Holiday! i went to the doctor on friday and she said i really need to watch what i eat and lose some weight!? yup… i have definately hit "GORDITO STATUS!" she said i am i pushing for a heart attack! nice huh! Shyt! hmmmmmmm means this fat boy better start running… yeah, its kinda a wake up call… i love eating junk food and mexican food and whatever i see…. so, today, i have said this is my last day of eat whatever is there and tomarrow, i will "try!" to concentrate on better eating… as long as i run i think i will be okay…. rite? lol Tonight the Cowboys play and my other team Titans won! then i will head on back to my home at Hell-o-man! lol had a decent weekend… now, i am just writing to write… you all have a Great Day and if you run… run a lap for the "gordito" okay….

okay… this morning we had P.T. so, i took 3 scoops of NO-Explode so, i was hype! and what the fu-caca do we do…! just stretch and jumping jacks! WTF! for Cardio, we pretty much did what we wanted and i hung out with the two other guys here at work… and we walked!? think! i hate running and we only had 20 min. to anything cardio? ugh! Hello! not enough time for me… so, here i am at work all hyper and pissed off! im ready to go to the gym and throw some weight around! but nooooooooooooooooooo! cant! i better go now!

Oso (meaning “bear)” is the heavy in the barrio. He is the head of the local gang. He never says much, but his looks are intimidating . He will usually be seen with some of the other harder-looking Homey characters such as Veterano, Angel, Mosca and Sharky. While the intent is to handle any gang activity sensitively, gangs are a part of the barrio and will have a presence. The goal is to make the public understand that gangs are only a small part of the barrio and not the essence of it. Through the story lines we want to educate the public about the difference between hardcore gangsters and the Homies overall. It would be an opportunity to use these characters that do exist in our communities in situations where we can get an anti-gang message across to our young viewers.
okay, so i had some free time to look around.. now this is somebody that i would look up too cuz he dont say much and but he will intimidate the hell outta of you… im not much of a big talker unless i am ON! ON meaning that i am hyper as fu-caca! i was on earlier… hmmmmm woke up early this morning to do about 30 min of cardio and lots of sets on my quads… it was good.. last night i did chest… lots of low reps with 315 lbs… yup not impressive to most but get over it! lol tonight went to the gym just because…. i finished my legs with heavy weight 1250 lbs. on the leg press about 8 decent reps and leg extensions with the highest at 550 lbs. for 6 reps… not bad i think… then finished with 50 lb. leg extensions each leg at 25 reps for 6 sets and did some calves again… then continued with Tri’s… not bad but i did lots of reps…. thinking of starting to write my shyt at the gym… like a NERD! lmao! and that finished that… starting to kick my protein intake more… gonna start waking up at 0300 to have a good 30-50 gram protein drink.. yeah! i know.. im gonna get more GORDITO (CHUBBY) but i have also started my cardio going… playing raquetball now… can you imagine my big ass at 240 lbs. playing!? ughhhh dont imagine… my bad… dont wanna ruin what you will eat… im starting to ramble on… “IMAGINE THAT!?” so, i am done for tonight…! Se’ Cuidan!!!
