TODAY I WENT TO THE GYM TO DO CHEST AND IT WAS PRETTY GOOD! I TOOK MY NO-EXPLODE AND POOF. THERE I WENT.. FOCUSED AND READY… NO CARDIO TO START TODAY CUZ I WAS READY… AND THIS IS WHAT I DID…:
BENCHED PRESS: 135 X 20, 225 X 10, 315 X 8, 335 X 5, 225 X 12, 135 X 10 (SLOW)
MACHINE INCLINE PRESS: 90 X 20, 180 X 10, 270 X 8, 180 X 10, 90 X 15
DECLINE BENCH PRESS: 135 X 20, 225 X 15, 315 X 6, 225 X 10, 135 X 15
CABLE CROSS OVERS: 60 X 15, 80 X 12, 100 X 10, 120 X 10, 100 X 10, 60 X 10
PEC DECK: 50 X 20, 70 X 15, 100 X 10, 120 X 10, 100 X 10, 50 X 25
HAMMER CURLS (EACH ARM): 20 X 20, 40 X 15, 60 X 10, 80 X 10, 100 X 10, 80 X 10, 60 X 8, 40 X 10, 20 X 10
OKAY… BY TIME I FINISHED IT WAS TIME TO GO, CUZ THE GYM WAS CLOSING.. THANK GOD! OTHERWISE I WOULD STILL BE THERE…. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE LOST STREGNTH! I NEED TO GET STRONGER… LOOKING TO GET A LIFTING PARTNER TO PUSH ME…. ITS HARD TO DO IT BY YOURSELF! CUZ I HAVE TO ASK FOR A SPOTTER CUZ IM NOT LOOKING TO BE AN IDIOT THERE… BUT THAT IS IT FOR TODAY… HAVE A GREAT NIGHT!! "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, WHY NOT?" PEACE!!
