WELL, MY FELLOW LOCO GYM RATS! TONIGHT I DID SHOULDERS… DUH! LIKE IF YOU COULDNT FIGURE THAT OUT ON MY PINCHI TITLE HUH? LOL  SO, HERE IT IS… ENJOY: OR NOT!  LOL

SMITH MACHINE FRONT RAISE:  90 X 20, 140 X 15, 180 X 8, 220 X 6, 180 X 6, 90 X 10 (SLOW)

SMITH MACHINE BEHIND THE NECK:  90 X 15, 180 X 8, 220 X 5, 180 X 6, 90 X 10                     (NICE STRETCH, SINCE I WAS SORE)

DUMBELL FRONT RAISE (EACH ARM):  20 X 20, 40 X 15, 60 X 10, 80 X 5, 60 X 10, 40 X 15       20 X 20

SIDE LATERAL RAISES:  15 X 30, 20 X 20, 20 X 20, 15 X 30

THEN I STARTED TO MESS AROUND DOING BI’S …..

HAMMER CURLS W/DUMBELLS:  20 X 20, 40 X 10, 60 X 10, 80 X 5, 60 X 10, 40 X 10, 20 X 20

THEN I WENT UP AND DID ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF THAT FREAKEND ROW MACHINE… INTERESTING… LOL  BUT I DID IT…  I WEIGHED MYSELF AND I NOW WEIGH 241 LBS. LMAO!!  SINCE COMING BACK TO HOLLOMAN IN JANUARY…I HAVE PUT ON NOW 21 LBS…. LMAO… I THINK I TOLD MYSELF THAT THE HIGHEST WOULD BE 250 LBS.  BUT THIS CANT BE HEALTHY… MY GUT IS SOMETHING ELSE… I DONT TAKE PICS OF IT CUZ THEN I WOULD BE REALLY EMBARASSED… I DONT HAVE A 6 OR 12 PACK.. I HAVE A KEG! YEAH! OPPS…! BAD THINKING… MY BAD…  LATELY, I HAVE BEEN EATING "WHATEVER!, YUP THE NEW DIET IS  SEE-FOOD!  MMMMMMMMM!" I FEEL LIKE A BEAR THAT IS EATING TO HYBERNATE FOR THE WINTER… LOL  TOMARROW, I WILL "TRY" TO GO IN THE MORNING AN GET THE GYM OVER WITH.. I HAVE TO HIT MY TRAPS CUZ I KINDA FORGOT TONIGHT.. HE..HE!!  :)   AN ABIT OF LEGS… SHYT! TWICE IN ONE WEEK… !  THANKS TO THE COMMENTS OVER LAST WEEKEND! "MUNGO, MUST MAKE LEGS GROW!" LOL I KILL ME!  I AM JUST RAMBLING ON… SORRY…. BUT I GUESS THAT IS IT… THANKS FOR READING THIS AND I HOPE I ENTERTAINED YOU WITH MY PATHETIC BLOG… BUT I AT LEAST AMUSED MYSELF…LOL  IN CASE I DONT BLOG OVER THE WEEKEND… HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND "GO TITANS!"  ON MONDAY!? SHYT!  I HAVE TO HIT THE GYM EARLY THEN!!  WTF!  OPPS SORRY…!  I IS OUTTA HERE! 

SE’ CUIDAN!  AND "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN G.F.Y!"  JUST KIDDING… I KNOW THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO DONT… BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY! LMAO!

    I know what you mean about the eating part! I go to a fast food place, and it costs me over $10 to eat. I’m sticking with the buffets from here on out! *L* Awesome workout, bro!
