Chest…

LAST NIGHT I DID CHEST… FEELING SORE ALL DAY TODAY FROM MY LEGS AND CHEST…BUT I HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH THIS… NOT SURE WHAT IS ON TAP FOR TONIGHTS WORKOUT…BUT I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING…  IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR I WILL TAKE MY NO-EXPLODE AND GET READY MENTALLY TO GO AND PUMP SOME WEIGHT… ALL I KNOW, IS THAT I NEED TO BRING IT… BEEN EATING OKAY LATELY BUT I COULD BE BETTER… AS ALWAYS… HERE IS MY WORKOUT FROM LAST NIGHT…:

BENCH PRESS: 135 X 20, 225 X 15, 315 X 8, 335 X 5, 315 X 6, 225 X 10,        135 X 25

INCLINE MACHINE: 180 X 10, 270 X 8, 360 X 3, 180 X 10

DECLINE BENCH:  135 X 15, 225 X 10, 315 X 7, 315 X 5, 225 X 8, 135 X 10

CABLE CROSSOVERS: 50 X 15, 70 X 10, 100 X 10, 120 X 10, 100 X 10, 50 X 15

THEN I DID SOME BI’S JUST TO TIRE MYSELF OUT…  I HAD A PRETTY DECENT WORKOUT…  LIKE I SAID EARLIER.. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO TONIGHT… BUT I WILL HIT IT!  I WASNT AS STRONG FOR THE BENCHING LIKE I THOUGHT I WOULD BE… BUT OH WELL… LIVE ANOTHER DAY!  OKAY, YOU ALL I AM DONE WITH THIS… SO, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!   "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN…….. F-IT! GO HOME!"  GO-ON HOME!!! GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

    Are You taken anything else beside NO-explode . . . I’ve started back taken my protein shakes and it been helping big time with recovery after a good workout. I take NoX2 as well, helps in the gym as well.

    Man I welcome the pain after a workout!! I wear it like a badge of honor. If I don’t hurt like hell when I get up the next day I feel like I wussed out in the gym the night before. But that’s the way us Hard Core Mutha’s roll. LOL!

    Great workout! Don’t ya just love that pain?! How much protein and carbs are you getting in after your workout, and throughout the day?
