JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING TO WRITE ABOUT….  DID THE GYM TONIGHT!  YEAH! I WAS WATCHING THE MOVIE 300 AND I GOT JUMPY AND READY TO TO GO TO THE GYM…  I THINK OF ALL OF US THAT WORKOUT AND LIKE TO BE IN SOMETYPE OF SHAPE ARE ALL LIKE THE "SPARTANS"  WE TRAIN TO BE WARRIORS.  WHETHER ITS TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT OURSELVES, OR ITS A MILITARY THING, WHERE WE KINDA OF HAVE TOO, OR JUST BECAUSE OF STRESS.. WHATEVER WE WORKOUT FOR MAKES US ALL LIKE THE SPARTANS… I KNOW WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY.. BUT DO YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY? HOPE SO…. 

SHYT!  YOU EVER GO TO THE GYM AN JUST SAY "HI" TO SOMEONE AND THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU ALL "DUH!?"  THAT  LITTLE SHY-ATT! PISSED ME OFF INTO ANOTHER DIMENSION CUZ HERE I AM SAYING HI AND THEY LOOKED AT ME ALL DEE-DEE-DEE!!!  WTF!?  I JUST WANTED TO GO AND BEAT THE FU-CACA OUTTA THEM.. AN IF I WAS A CIVILIAN.. I THINK I MIGHT HAVE WAITED OUTSIDE FOR THEM AND BEAT THE CRAP OUTTA THEM!  YUP! TIME TO VENT..!  WHEN YOUR AT THE GYM, DO YOU SEE THAT ONE PERSON THAT DOESNT PUT AWAY THE WEIGHT THEY WERE USING!? WTF! IF YOU CAN LIFT-IT, THEN PUT IT BACK!  THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE NOT YOUR MOM OR MAIDS!  ONE DAY, I AM GOING TO TELL THEM SOMETHING AND POOF! HERE I GO, THE NEXT DAY TO SEE MY COMMANDER CUZ SOME LITTLE PIECE OF SHYT DIDNT WANNA PUT AWAY THE WEIGHT…. I CONSTANTLY SEE THAT!  I KNOW THERE IS A TACKFUL WAY OF TELLING THEM, BUT DO YOU THINK I’M TACKFUL? FOR REALS!? LOL  I DID SHOULDERS TONIGHT.. AND I BURNED THEM OUT WITH LOTS OF REPS!  FEELS GREAT BUT THEY HURT! LMAO!  TOMARROW IS LEGS AND I WILL PROBABLY REP AS WELL!  BUT THATS IT FOR THIS BLOG….  IM OUTTA HERE!

OKAY… BY TIME I FINISHED IT WAS TIME TO GO, CUZ THE GYM WAS CLOSING.. THANK GOD! OTHERWISE I WOULD STILL BE THERE….  I FEEL LIKE I HAVE LOST STREGNTH!  I NEED TO GET STRONGER… LOOKING TO GET A LIFTING PARTNER TO PUSH ME…. SMITH MACHINE FRONT RAISE:  90 X 20, 140 X 15, 180 X 8, 220 X 6, 180 X 6, 90 X 10 (SLOW)

SMITH MACHINE BEHIND THE NECK:  90 X 15, 180 X 8, 220 X 5, 180 X 6, 90 X 10                     (NICE STRETCH, SINCE I WAS SORE)

THEN I STARTED TO MESS AROUND DOING BI’S …..

THEN I WENT UP AND DID ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF THAT FREAKEND ROW MACHINE… INTERESTING… LOL  BUT I DID IT…  I WEIGHED MYSELF AND I NOW WEIGH 241 LBS. LMAO!!  SINCE COMING BACK TO HOLLOMAN IN JANUARY…I HAVE PUT ON NOW 21 LBS…. LMAO… I THINK I TOLD MYSELF THAT THE HIGHEST WOULD BE 250 LBS.  BUT THIS CANT BE HEALTHY… MY GUT IS SOMETHING ELSE… I DONT TAKE PICS OF IT CUZ THEN I WOULD BE REALLY EMBARASSED… I DONT HAVE A 6 OR 12 PACK.. I HAVE A KEG! YEAH! OPPS…! BAD THINKING… MY BAD…  LATELY, I HAVE BEEN EATING "WHATEVER!, YUP THE NEW DIET IS  SEE-FOOD!  MMMMMMMMM!" I FEEL LIKE A BEAR THAT IS EATING TO HYBERNATE FOR THE WINTER… LOL  TOMARROW, I WILL "TRY" TO GO IN THE MORNING AN GET THE GYM OVER WITH.. I HAVE TO HIT MY TRAPS CUZ I KINDA FORGOT TONIGHT.. LAST NIGHT I DID CHEST… FEELING SORE ALL DAY TODAY FROM MY LEGS AND CHEST…BUT I HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH THIS… NOT SURE WHAT IS ON TAP FOR TONIGHTS WORKOUT…BUT I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING…  IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR I WILL TAKE MY NO-EXPLODE AND GET READY MENTALLY TO GO AND PUMP SOME WEIGHT… ALL I KNOW, IS THAT I NEED TO BRING IT… BEEN EATING OKAY LATELY BUT I COULD BE BETTER… AS ALWAYS… HERE IS MY WORKOUT FROM LAST NIGHT…:

I DID LEGS LAST NIGHT…LOL  YUP, IM KINDA SORE… SO FAR..  I NEVER DO LEGS ON A MONDAY BUT I FEEL I FORCED TO DO THEM CUZ OF A COMMENT A PERSON MADE TO ME…  WHICH WAS.."DO YOU WORK YOUR LEGS? CUZ YOU HAVE A BIG UPPER BODY, BUT NO LEGS" LMAO… UGH YEAh!  I WORK MY LEGS!  SO, THATS WAS IS CAUSING ME TO WORK MY LEGS TWICE A WEEK…  I AM LIKE REALLY SELF CONSCIENCE OVER MY BODY, ESPECIALLY LEGS… ANOTHER PERSON MADE A NEGATIVE COMMENT YEARS AGO.. AND FOR A LONG TIME, I DID NOT WEAR SHORTS… CUZ OF THAT…  ITS FUNNY THAT A MAN COULD HAVE THOSE TYPES OF ISSUES BUT I KNOW I DO… SO, THIS IS MY LEG WORKOUT FOR LAST NIGHT:

SQUATS:  135 X 10,  225 X 10, 225 X 10,  305 X 8, 225 X 8

HACK SQUATS:  90 X 15, 180 X 10, 270 X 10, 360 X 8, 270 X 8, 180 X 8

LEG PRESS:  495 X 12, 765 X 10, 1035 X 8, 1035 X 6, 765 X 8, 495 X 8

LEG EXTENSIONS:  180 X 10, 270 X 10, 450 X 8, 270 X 8, 180 X 8 (SLOW)

THEN I DID SOME REPS OF TRICEPS… I WAS PRETTY BEAT… THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME I WANTED TO THROW UP… LOL TONIGHT… I WILL DO CHEST…  THANK GOD ITS NOT LEGS..!  BUT ON THURSDAY, I WILL ANOTHER SET OF LEGS..BUT MAINLY LOTS OF LOW WEIGHT FOR HIGH REPS… LOL  WELL, THATS IT FOR NOW…!

No-Explode!

okay… I only have one thing to say about No-Explode …… "KA-BOOM!"  Yes….!  I got back on it yesterday and it was great…! :) the other stuff just did not do it for me… for mr. dead.. "yes!" but not me… maybe the body composition… who the F. knows…  tonight was Arms… and this is my story… lol 

6 sets of straight bar curls going as high as 155 lbs…..  i rested 12 breaths between sets….

10 sets of Cross body hammer curls… as high as 100 lbs. each hand…. 20 breaths between sets….

4 sets of Close grip easy bar curls…. 110 lbs.  for 10 reps…. 12 breaths between sets…

5 sets of cross body hammer curls… as high as 110 lbs….. can you tell i like these…lol

did some triceps…  120 lbs. behind the neck pulls with the cables…  did about 6 sets… just straight up 120 lbs….. no up and down….

tricep extensions (each hand) … 70 lbs. … 6 sets…. 

tricep pushdowns… 120 lbs…. no going up or down.. just straight… 8 sets…. burning by now! Aye’ Caramba!!! lol 

last exercise was the one arm over head tricep extension… went as high as 50 lbs…. 6 sets… and now… done!  had a banana afterwords… "Gorilla need power up!!"  lol thats what my daughter tells me.. that little s…t! lmao!  so, yeah… that is it for tonight….  hey Chula, how was Work and your workout!?  Laurie… hope your Raiders win…lol  mr. Dead… time to eat Ese’!  your on my diet now… "See-Food diet!" about time!! lol  littlebit… stop watching movies and get to the gym! lol just kidding… and crlgrl… thats alot of money for Chonies… lol  yeah… well…. you all take/care!  and remember…. "if your not lifting heavy… then take No-Explode!" lol no more on the NO thing…. and oh yeah… my brother is berettagil…  he thinks im bigger than him…lol Chale’!  he’s the sane one!  SE’ CUIDAN!!! ….. time to go and eat Tamales!!!

SQUATS AND ALOT OF REPS OF 225… DID LEG PRESSES ABOUT 675 ABOUT 20 REPS AND ABOUT 8 SETS…AND LEG EXTENSIONS ABOUT 570 10 REPS, 5 SETS AND CALVE RAISES….  IT WAS OKAY… BUT TODAY IS SHOULDERS!  AND PROBABLY TRICEPS… I REALLY WANT MY TRIS TO START TO COME IN… HAVING A DECENT DAY.. I HAVE TO CLEAN THE PINCHI WAREHOUSE CUZ OF THE NEW COMMANDER WE HAVE IN… SO, I WILL BE BUSY TODAY…!  YEAH!  HERE IS A SHOUT OUT TO CHULA!  HEY!!! I DID PRETTY GOOD… NOT TOO BAD…  AN I ALSO DID SOME INDIVIDUAL CALVES RAISES…  I WANT TO BUILD MY CALVES…  I TOOK TWO SCOOPS OF THE NANO-VAPOR AN IT WORKED OKAY….  I THINK YOU HAVE TO BE IN MOOD FOR THE SHYT TO WORK TOO… AS FAR AS IT MAKING ME MOODY.. I REALLY DIDNT FEEL IT…  BUT I THINK I HAVE A CRAZY LOOK ON MY FACE WHEN I WORKOUT… THATS WHY NO ONE REALLY WANTS TO APPROACH ME… LMAO!  I LOVE IT CUZ NO ONE WAS THERE…. TONIGHT IS SHOULDERS!! MY FAVORITE BODY PART!  HOPEFULLY DO THAT WITH TRICEPS…  WELL, THATS IT!!  TONIGHT STARTS THE NFL SEASON!! HOPE THE SAINTS WIN… CUZ THE COLTS ARE IN THE SAME DIVISION AS THE TITANS!  LOL "GO SAINTS!"    "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN THINK OF THE NEGATIVE THINGS PEOPLE TELL YOU!!"
