WELL, TONIGHT I DID LEGS…. LOL  OKAY HERE IS WHAT I DID…… THEN I WILL TELL YOU ABOUT MY EMBARASSEMENT MOMENT…

SQUATS:  135 X 15  225 X 10  315 X 10  405 X 6  315 X 8  225 X 10  135 X 10

LEG PRESSES:  585 X 10  855 X 10  1035 X 8  1215 X 5  585 X 10

LEG EXTENSIONS:  180 X 12  270 X 10  360 X 8  550 X 6  360 X 8  270 X 8    180 X 10

ONE LEG CALVE RAISES:  40 X 20  50 X 15  60 X 10  50 X 15  40 X 25

YEAH… THAT WOULD JUST ABOUT TAKE CARE OF THAT… ANYWAYS…. ON THE LEG PRESSES I DID 1215 LBS. AND ON THE 6TH ONE, I BROUGHT IT DOWN AND I FIGURED WTF! BRING IT DOWN LOWER… HOLY SHYT!  I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEND BUT I THINK I LOST CONCENTRATION AND SHYT! IT CAME ALL THE WAY DOWN… LUCKILY I HAD A FRIEND SPOTTING ME AN SO, I LET IT COME ALL THE WAY DOWN SLOWLY AN GOT OUTTA OF IT..  LMAO!!! I DONT EVEN THINK I SHOULD EVEN BE SAYING THIS CUZ WHO EVER READS THIS IS PROBABLY THINKING "DUMB-ASS!"  CUZ I KNOW I WAS LIKE "OH WELL, AT LEAST I GOT 5!" LMAO!  IM STILL LAUGHING ABOUT IT… EVERYTIME, BEFORE I START MY WORKOUT, I ASK GOD TO PROTECT ME FROM INJURY…. AND TONIGHT, I THINK I COULD HAVE GOTTEN HURT… THANK GOD I DIDNT… LOL SO, THERE IS MY         DEE-DEE-DEE OF THE WEEK….. SO FAR… LOL  WELL, I HOPE I AMUSED YOU ALL… BUT JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SPOTTER WHEN DOING AN INSANE LIFT… LOL  MY LEGS SHOULD BE SORE TOMARROW…. LAST NIGHTS WORKOUT, I DID 355 LBS. ON THE BENCH PRESS SO, I DONT THINK I MISSED MUCH OF A BEAT… AFTER BEING OFF 11 DAYS FROM THE GYM…. BUT I AM SORE AS FREAK!  LOL  SO, YOU ALL TAKE CARE!  AND REMEMBER:  "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN YOU BETTER JUST SPOT ME!"  LMAO!!!  SE’ CUIDAN!

    Thank God you had someone there for you. I don’t have a spotter so I try not to do mad wieght. Hey, at least you got 5 LOL!

    Yeah, anything over 1000 for the leg press, I always have a spotter, and wrap my knees. Glad you’re not hurt Always keep a sense of humor, and at least you didn’t wuss out and still got your 5!!! *L*
