TRAPS: BARBELL SHRUGS 180 X 10 360 X 10 540 X 10 360 X 10 180 X 10
DUMBELL SHRUGS: 40 X 10 60 X 10 80 X 10 100 X 10 120 X 10 100 X 10 80 X 10 60 X 10 ALL WERE WITH A PAUSE AT THE TOP….
OKAY, I NEVER REALIZED I DID ALOT.. .PLUS I DID SOME WORK ON THE TRICEPS… YUP, I WAS ON…..! NOT SURE IF I WILL WORKOUT THE NEXT 4 DAYS CUZ OF THE FAMILY THING I HAVE TO DO CUZ OF MY AUNT…. THE REST WILL DO ME SOME GOOD…. COME BACK MONDAY WITH A VENGENCE…! WELL, I GUESS THAT IS IT…. TAKE/CARE! "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN GO HOME!"

Hi just stopping by see how you are doing. The gym being empty around 7:30 that sound like where I workout, and I say the same thing I can do whatever I want! Good to see you have good workout. Keep it up.

BRO, I DO THE WHOLE STACK OF 290 LBS…. I SAW THIS GUY HAVE TWO FRIENDS HANG ON EACH SIDE, WHILE HE DID 8-10 REPS.. LOL NEEDLESS TO SAY.. I SAID "I’M GOING HOME NOW….

Dude, you should try doing shrugs with the calf machine.
