DECENT LEG WORKOUT…
LOL LAST NIGHT I DID CHEST AND WENT UP TO 355 LB. 4 TIMES.. NOT BAD…. HAD A PRETTY GOOD CHEST WORKOUT…. THIS MORNING AT 0515 I WENT AND DID LEGS.. I DID A BOAT LOAD OF REPS ON THE LEG EXTENSIONS AND HAMSTRING CURLS… DID SOME TRICEPS TO FEEL PUMPED FROM THE UPPER BODY…. NOT BAD… TONIGHT, I WILL PROBABLY EITHER DO SHOULDERS OR BACK.. WHICH EVER I AM FEELING ALSO DO SOME CALVES AND A BIT OF LEGS SINCE I DO ALOT OF WORKOUTS USING MY ARMS… I DONT THINK I WILL BE DOING WORKOUTS THUR-SUNDAY … CUZ I FOUND OUT MY AUNT PASSED AWAY.. IM PRETTY BUMMED ABOUT IT CUZ I KINDA CLOSE TO HER…. SO, THE TIME AT THE GYM IS GOING TO BE HARD AND HEAVY… ANGER AND SADNESS MAKES ME WANT TO LIFT MORE…. I KNOW LIFE IS FOR THE LIVING BUT STILL…. WELL, I GUESS THAT IS IT… SORRY FOR GETTTING ABIT MORE PERSONNAL THAN USUAL…

If I read your blog right, you go to the gym to lift twice a day?! yikes. Is that good? normal? recommended? when do you rest?
