WELL! I AM BACKKKKKKK! I HAVE NOT GONE TO THE GYM IN 11 DAYS!!! I LOST 6 POUNDS CUZ OF MY DAUGHTERS QUIENCENDEDA (SWEET 15 PARTY) ALL THAT RUNNING AROUND MADE ME TIRED AND EMPTY IN THE WALLET… BUT IT WAS DEFINATELY WORTH IT… THANK GOD SHE IS THE ONLY GIRL I HAVE… (I THINK!?) LOL J/K! MONDAY, IS ANOTHER FREAKEN HOLIDAY!! GREAT, THE GYM WILL PROBABLY BE CLOSED… SO, TODAY… HIT CHEST AND BI’S!! IM OUTTA NO-EXPLODE….. SO, THIS WEEK I WILL GO WITHOUT IT… THEN WHEN I GET PAID ON FRIDAY, I WILL BUY SOME… LETS SEE HOW MUCH STRENGTH I HAVE LOST… HOPE NOT TO MUCH…. I FEEL SMALL…! OKAY…. THE GYM WAS EMPTY CUZ OF THE KIDDIES GOING TO SCHOOL.. BOUT TIME THE KIDDIES LEFT… NOW LET THE "LOCOS" PLAY! ITS EMPTY ALSO, CUZ CUZ HERE EVERYONE LIKES TO WORKOUT IN THE MORNINGS… HELL! BETTER FOR ME AND THE OTHER GUYS… NO WAITING FOR SOMETHING OR TELLING THEM TO GO GET SOME WATER CUZ THEY LOOK THIRSTY…LOL LOVE THAT ONE! ITS BEEN ABOUT A WEEK SINCE I WROTE.. LOL LAST NIGHT I DID CHEST AND WENT UP TO 355 LB. 4 TIMES.. NOT BAD…. HAD A PRETTY GOOD CHEST WORKOUT…. THIS MORNING AT 0515 I WENT AND DID LEGS.. I DID A BOAT LOAD OF REPS ON THE LEG EXTENSIONS AND HAMSTRING CURLS… DID SOME TRICEPS TO FEEL PUMPED FROM THE UPPER BODY…. NOT BAD… TONIGHT, I WILL PROBABLY EITHER DO SHOULDERS OR BACK.. WHICH EVER I AM FEELING ALSO DO SOME CALVES AND A BIT OF LEGS SINCE I DO ALOT OF WORKOUTS USING MY ARMS… I DONT THINK I WILL BE DOING WORKOUTS THUR-SUNDAY … CUZ I FOUND OUT MY AUNT PASSED AWAY.. TONIGHTS WORKOUT WENT OKAY… I DID 2 HOURS AT THE GYM.. SO, IT WAS A LONG NITE… I DID SHOULDERS… ON THE SMITH MACHINE I LOTS OF SETS, UP AND DOWN.. DID THE MOST OF 200 LBS. FRONTS AND BACK.. WENT UP TO 60 LB. DUMBELL FRONT RAISES.. ABOUT 5 SETS….. SIDE LATS OF 40 LBS. ABOUT 6 SETS OF 10 …. THEN I HIT MY TRAPS… WENT UP TO 540 LBS. DOING SHRUGS… DID SOMETHING REALLY WEIRD BY CARRYING A 120 LB. DUMBELL IN EACH HAND FROM ONE SIDE OF THE WEIGHT ROOM TO THE OTHER…. DID LIKE 3 TIMES BACK AND FORTH… YUP! NO ONE WAS IN THERE.. LOL I FIGURE IT WOULD HELP WITH THE TRAPS… SINCE I CARRY THE 5 GALLON WATER JUG TO AND FROM THE CAR… TOMARROW MORNING I AM GETTING UP EARLY TO GO THE GYM … HOPEFULLY! LOL WELL, I AM STARVED AS ALWAYS…. GOTS TO GO… HAVE A GREAT NITE! "IF YOUR NOT LIFTING HEAVY, THEN GO HOME!" BECAUSE I WAS ON TONIGHT! TAKE/CARE ALL!!
