Productive night!

yeah baby!!!  today, i squated 405 x 8….. did my usual pyramids up and downs…  then i went to the leg press machine where i (13) 45 lb plates on each side which was 26 plus one on the top and plus the actual machine which is another 45…. total weight i think is 1260 lbs. for 10 reps… !!!  i wasnt sure if i could do but i had some there just incase i couldnt get it up…lol yeah, i said get it up!! lol  but of course i could and DID!  yeah BaBY!!!  then did my pyramid down.. i hate freaken taking off the weights… cuz i feel thats my cardio…!  i wish i had a little egor to do it for me…!  but i guess not yet.. lol  before i hit the weights i usually do 5-10 min on the treadmill to get my legs warmed up….  so, i continued by doing leg extensions with (10) 45 lb. plates… for 10 reps…. i hate doing the math huh? “MUNGO HATE MATH!!!!”  lol  so, then i did a bit of back.. hungry by then… so, right now i popped a 70 gram protein drink… yummy…!  well, i guess that is it for now… you all have a wonderful night or day…lol   SE’ CUIDAN!  TAKE/CARE!

TONIGHT STARTED MY GOAL TO BENCH 400 LBS… BUT I DID SHOULDERS INSTEAD… IT WAS GOOD.. ALSO DID BICEPS…  GOOD WORKOUT OVERALL… I SAW THIS ONE GUY BENCH 405.. NOT BAD.. HE SAID HES DONE 500 LB. I WILL BE HAPPY WITH 400 LB. SO, I THINK…LOL  AT LEAST NOW I HAVE A GOAL TO CATCH SOMEONE… (FAT CHANCE..) LOL  TOMARROW IS LEGS AND BACK… RITE NOW I AM STARVING… FOR AFFECTION… LOL  NO, JUST TO EAT FOR NOW… HMMMMMMM 70 GRMS OF PROTEIN AND A CAN OF POT ROAST FOR DINNER… HMMMMM ABOUT 120 GRAMS OF PROTEIN RITE THERE… YEAH!!!!  WELL, IM OUT…

FOCUSED.jpg TONIGHT—I WENT TO THE GYM MORE FOCUSED!  I TOOK A 24 OZ. FULL THROTTLE ENERGY DRINK AND SOME PEP PILLS AND I FELT REALLY FOCUSED ON WHAT I WANTED TO DO… I FELT LIKE A LION ON THE PROWL… GGGGGRRRRR! LOL  I COULDNT STOP PACING AROUND.. SINCE NO ONE WAS AT THE GYM I FELT TONIGHT I COULD GET STUPID WITH THE WEIGHT.. SO, I FOCUSED ON BENCH 355 3 TIMES, LEG PRESSES 26 45 LB. PLATES AT 8 REPS, 120 LB. DUMBELL CURLS AND SOME CALVE RAISES..  I WAS BEAT AT THE END…  KEEP IN MIND, I DO PYRAMIDS UP AND DOWN ABOUT 8-10 SETS EACH EXERCISE…  SO, I FEEL PRETTY GOOD RIGHT NOW… TOMARROW, I WILL FOCUSE ON SQUATS, SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS… AND CALVES… HOPING TO KNOCK IT OUT IN THE MORNING…  I HAVE THE TWO BOYS WITH ME SO, I WANT TO GET IT DONE AND TAKE THEM TO SEE TRANSFORMERS AND THEN WHO KNOWS…  MY LITTLE ONE WANTS TO GO SWIMMING AGAIN… WE’LL SEE. LOL NEXT MONDAY, I WILL REALLY START ON HITTING IT HARD AND EATING MORE PROTEIN AND WATCHING A BIT WHAT I EAT.. NOW THAT THE PINCHI HOLIDAYS ARE DONE!  SO, WITH THIS I END TONIGHT ON A GREAT NOTE..!

okay, after a 3 day layoff i went to a different gym today….
i did 335 on the bench for about 5 reps, curled 100 lb. dumbells, lots of calve raises, did about 140 lbs of tricep extensions, and then finally i did 27-45 lb. plates on the the leg press machine which is about 1415 lbs….. for about 8 reps… yeah, i think thats kinda alot of weight…lol  its good to get it over with….  now just chillen at home…  i really havent eaten well since friday… so, i could drop weight… but i weighed myself an i am still at 240 lbs…. so, i guess thats good…  well no gym tomarrow cuz of the 4th of july but i will hit it thurs and friday…!  another all body workout…!  i am starving so, you all take/care ….
