GOT UP THIS MORNING
OKAY, I GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING TO GO TO THE GYM TO HIT LEGS…. DID SQUATS OF 315 A COUPLE OF SETS… THEN I STARTED DOING LEG PRESSES DID ABOUT 1125 LBS. A COUPLE OF SETS OF THAT… THEN I FELT A SHARP PAIN ON MY LEFT UPPER THIGH MUSCLE.. SHYT! NOW, I CANT REALLY PUT PRESSURE ON MY LEFT LEG.. NEEDLESS TO SAY I STILL DID LEG EXTENSIONS AND HAMSTRING CURLS… SO THEN, I DID SOME ARMS… THEN, I WAS DONE… IT WAS OKAY… TONIGHT I AM GOING TO DO BACK… GONNA LAY OFF THE LEGS TILL NEXT WEEK…
WELL, I GUESS THAT IS IT…

Working through the pain! I definitely would lay off the legs for a week, though.
