I get the same way, when I don’t take my NaNo-Vapor. As far as the cramps go, slam some gatorade or eat a banana. Potassium is great for cramps.

Is it like a side stitch? If so, one of the best things to do for those is to take a deep breath and push into where the cramp is…make sure you’re getting enough water and potassium in your diet…did you get them when you first started taking the NO-Xplod??

    yeah.. kinda… i will do that… thanks…!

Also think it may be a potassium issue, Gabe. And your heavy pushes may be causing excessive lactic acid pooling. Keep well hydrated during your workout. A banana and gatorade can go down easy prior to a workout, yeah, but incorporate more potassium into your normal daily diet. Google a search to find other sources for it.
